PROPERTY RULES
* Maximum occupancy: 12 guests (including sleeper sofa)
* Must sign rental agreement within 48 hours of booking or reservation is subject to cancellation
* Minimum age to book: 25
* Smoking is strictly prohibited
* All reservations are non-refundable — we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance
* Maximum of 2 pets allowed. Weight limit is 75 lbs. A $250 pet fee applies. All pets must be approved in advance. The fee is to be charged after reservation confirmation.
