NEWLY RENOVATED IN 2020! 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom, with oversized deck for entertaining and pirate-theme kids playroom! Peek-a-boo views of the Ocean from the second floor! 5 minute straight-shot walk to the beach, 15 minute walk to the OOB Pier! Perfect for family & friends in search of a classic Maine getaway!

This unit is part of a duplex, and the other unit is also available for rent! Please let us know if you are interested in renting both sides, great for groups of up to 16 people!

The main floor is open concept, making it easy for your whole group to spend time together! Modern kitchen has all new appliances and everything you'll need to cook meals! Main floor bathroom has HUGE custom shower and stackable laundry to do that quick load of laundry without having to head to the laundromat. Off the living space the kids in your group will enjoy the pirate-theme playroom, great to let their imaginations run should your vacation include a rain day!

On the second floor you'll find both bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen), and the second bathroom (with a bath/shower combo, great if you're traveling with small kids!) Off the second bedroom there is a bonus sleep space with bunk beds!

Oversized deck features a fire pit and grill for those nights you want to grill up some hamburgers and hot dogs and enjoy them at the outdoor dining table!

If you're in search of a vacation home that'll allow you to unplug and unwind with your family and friends, while keeping all the modern conveniences you hope for, the Sea Breezy Vacation House, Unit 2 is your perfect Maine vacation!

Cute and comfortable

The home was very comfortable. The bed in the master was so comfortable and soft! Wish location was closer without the hill but it’s ok we got through it. The owners are so helpful and kind! I would recommend to friends and family. Great porch to sit on! ❀

Great stay -- very walkable, clean, and comfy

Overview: Spent a week here w my husband & 2 kiddos for our family vacay. First time to OOB. The house was perfect for our family. The bedroom w/the bunkbed was so nice -- my 7yo felt like she had her own room with the bunks and my 13yo still felt like she had a lot of privacy. Two full bathrooms made getting ready a breeze. Very clean throughout, great temp control with mini-splits. Beds comfy for all of us. The king was softer than we use at home, but neither of us felt it was an issue. We had a great cookout on the deck. Kitchen: Very well-appointed, everything you could need from toaster to blender to mixing bowls and strainers. This is also the first time I've had a rental with really good kitchen knives, a huge plus. Location: Our usual beach spot is in NC and is oceanfront, so I was worried about this walk, but it turned out to be no problem at all, good sidewalks. With kids we got to the beach in approx 10 min, an adult or two could get there much quicker. Walk to the beach is downhill, we had a wagon for taking chairs, etc. The walk back is uphill, but not terrible and kids did fine. There are also a few stores you can easily walk to. Friendly Market is open until 10pm daily & is a great little bodega, 7 min walk. Tami Lynn's became a favorite dinner spot for take-out, 5 min walk, pizza is the best on the beach. Pier is 15-17 min walk.Cons: Very few, would not stop us from returning. Some dresser drawers are hard to open. Owners very attentive, great house.

Location over everything

The location was great!!! We discovered the doors would not lock, we had to take our valuables to the beach. When property manager was called he knew the lock was broken for some time. There was one key for the lock that was left outside hanging for anyone to access , it had to be shared between 2 groups forcing us to waste time time waiting for the door to be locked or unlocked The fire alarm went off at 4:45 am screaming FIRE FIRE FIRE waking everyone for no found reason. My children could bot go back to sleep afterwards as they were terrified. The washer only worked with hot water even when set on cold setting. We found bugs crawling through our marshmallows that we had just opened a few hours earlier. We ended up throwing out all our food that was newly opened in the cupboard. The fridge was on such a cold setting or was not working that we had to throw some of our food in the fridge out because it froze There was only 1 closet to hang clothes in the entire rental. Nothing to dry bathing suits or towels. The beds were some of the most uncomfortable beds any of us have ever slept on. Not a good experience at all, on the surface things looked great once you were there not so much. Would not recommend staying here.

Fabulous Weekend

Wonderful property! We rent both units was so nice to all be able to hang out together but also have our own space!! Everything was perfect! We would definitely recommend and will come back!! Thanks Brie!!
