This luxury condo will take your breath away from the moment you step in the front door. With sweeping ocean views and elegant furnishings, you'll feel absolutely at home in this fabulous setting. El Cantil North Building.
There are two spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable king bed. The master suite has a flat screen TV and beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea, with access to the private terrace that also connects to the living area. Don't miss the spectacular sunsets over the water! Out on the terrace there's a table for 4 so you can enjoy meals while refreshing sea breezes cool you off. There are also lounge chairs for sun tanning and enjoying the sights. Inside, a full kitchen is totally equipped so that you can create memorable meals should you choose, featuring a brand new fridge, stove, and microwave. There is dining space for 4, and of course everything is laid out to take advantage of the amazing views! A central air conditioning system will keep you comfortable. With a special cable package, you'll find plenty of US channels to watch as you lounge on the plush furniture. Also, there is WiFi and a Vonage phone line for long distance calls. Relax while taking in the breathtaking views of the Caribbean!
In a great location, this beachfront condo is perfect if you want to be close to town and yet right at the water's edge. With steps leading right into the ocean, you can snorkel the reef to your heart's content. There's also an infinity pool and shallow pool for the kids. El Cantil is literally across the street from a major grocery store and a cinema, and you're only steps away from a shopping center with Starbucks and other cafes and restaurants. The ferry dock is about a 20-minute walk, and taxis are plentiful here. All the dive operators on the Island pick-up and deliver right to your dock.

- Please note that parking at the condominium complex is limited, so if you have a vehicle, you may not be able to park it in the El Cantil garage. The security of El Cantil will direct you as to whether you can park there or not, and if not, there is parking in the grocery store parking lot across the street.
- There is NOT washer and dryer available for guest use at this property. The cleaning staff can do laundry for you for a reasonable fee.
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-El Cantil is located in a downtown area, so some noise from nearby resorts, events, or the highway is possible.
