The Perfect Luxury Ocean Front Condo Vacation, Private Parking & Beach Access

Sun Bum at William & Mary is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 3rd floor oceanfront condo in Carolina Beach, perfect for a family of 6. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are oceanfront. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is well equipped for preparing those family meals. The first bedroom has two sets of bunk beds with adjoining full bath. The master bedroom is street side, has a queen bed, adjoining private bath and views of the sound. Sit outside on the oceanfront deck to get a dose of fresh air and enjoy the fantastic view. A private walkover to the beach and an outside shower are located at the rear of the building. There is assigned parking underneath the building for one car and an extra parking space is located in the concrete lot across the street. This is a non-smoking unit. No pets allowed. At this time the Washer and Dryer will not be available. This complex is located just seven blocks north of the Boardwalk area in downtown Carolina Beach. You are walking distance to shops, restaurants and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Watch the fishermen come in with the catch of the day at the marina or dine out with the family.

Best family vacation ever

According to the kids, this was the most relaxing and fun vacation ever. Having a property right on the beach and walking distance to the boardwalk was perfect for this family of five who just wanted to have. Stress free vacation. The rental had everything we needed and the renter was a great communicator. I highly recommend if you have a family, want a friends trip, or just want to escape for a bit. Celtic creamery sorbet was outstanding!!

The view was excellent, SUNRISES were the best, 3rd floor meant clear view over the dunes. The sofa, beds, mattresses and bedding were all very comfortable. We had a small issue during our stay and contacted the host who replied immediately and offered an immediate solution. Nice benefit having beach chairs and boogie boards available, so we didn't have to bring ours. It was reasonable walking distance to the Boardwalk and restaurants. The unit has been well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.Note: to see SUNSETS, drive down to Federal Point at Fort Fisher. Awesome views.
