Welcome to Hideaway Palms! Hideaway Palms is a cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located in the desirable Surfside neighborhood only one block over from Surfside Blvd in SW Cape Coral, FL. The property is on the West side of Cape Coral with convenient driving out to Matlacha and Pine Island, or south to restaurants such as Lobster Lady, Rum Runners, and Fathoms.

Privacy landscaping surrounds the heated pool and lanai. Enjoy the Weber grill for barbecuing and plenty of deck space by the pool for soaking up the sun and working on your tan. Brand new wicker loungers as of April 2023! In the evenings enjoy the wicker seating area on the lanai and 43" TV on the Lanai, or the customizable colored LED lanai mood lighting around the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new or newer pots and pans, flatware, and utensils. The snack bar and the extra-large kitchen table provide plenty of room to enjoy meals, play games, or just hang out. The master suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, tiled walk-in shower, and private toilet with door, along with private patio doors leading to the lanai and pool area. The property also has a small study that can be used to stay in touch with the office or can be used as a 4th sleeping room on the twin bed. (not pictured).

All 3 bedrooms and the study feature 32" TLC Roku TV's, while the lanai features a 43" TV with Roku. The living room has plenty of seating on the oversized leather couch centered around a 65" Smart TV with ROKU. All TV's/Roku's have "Guest Feature" enabled, allowing you to set your departure date and automatically log you out of your apps when you leave. All TVs also have antennas providing local HD channels including all the major networks.

New luxury vinyl flooring was installed in the living room and kitchen table area in December 2022!

All linens, including pool and beach towels, are provided. We also provide 2 adult beach chairs, a beach cart, and various coolers for your trips to the beach!

Ft. Myers Beach is approximately 20 miles away and Sanibel Island is about 25 miles away. Travel times to both beaches can range from 45 minutes to an hour and a half depending on the time of year and time of day, with January through Mid-April being the busiest time of year for the area. Please note: As a result of the recent Hurricane, both Ft. Myers and Sanibel have limited public access and amenities for the time being - however, there are still some incredible beaches a little farther north of Cape Coral including Englewood Beach, Venice Beach, and Siesta Key Beach.

Matlacha and Pine Island are only a short drive away to the north.

The price per night is what you pay plus a standard cleaning fee and a small admin fee. No surprise fees or up-charge for additional guests, electricity, or pool heat!
