A corner unit with breathtaking beach views from your own private balcony, located on the 9th floor. Swim in the Gulf of Mexico , sunbathe on the sugar white sands of the beach, or dine in one of the restaurants within walking distance. Tennis ,basketball, Pickleball, racquetball, sauna, indoor/outdoor pool , hot tubs, and work out room on site.đŸ–ïžđŸŒŽđŸŒŠ!

* Please note that there is $57 parking pass fee per car (2 passes per reservation) due upon arrival. You can pick up your pass at the front desk.

Excellent, well kept condo. Beautiful views. The owners notified us of a problem that we didn’t even realize..the cable was out. They were on top of the issue and resolved in no time with great communication. Highly recommend this condo.

Overall I recommend!

Check in was super easy and on-time. Everything in the unit worked and the view was amazing. The color on the TV was off a bit but I wasn't there to watch television. I liked being able to use the facilities from Phoenix 1-4. The kitchen had almost everything we needed. We bought a grill spatula from the DG and just left it for the next family. We were supposed to have my mom and step-dad with us but they weren't able to make it. So, we had plenty of room but I don't think we would've felt crowded even with them. Lastly, the property owners were always quick to respond when I had a question. I even forgot some goodies in the fridge but they didn't complain. Overall it was a great vacation.

The mattress in the master needs to be replaced. Severe hole in the middle of the bed. FYI the mattress in the single queen room was upside down and my family slept the first night with springs poking them in the back. Also there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 4 day stay for 6 people and only 1 roll of paper towels.

Excellent stay

We had a great stay in this condo. Couldn’t ask for a better location, just walking out every morning to the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony and often saw dolphins as we enjoyed the breeze and comfortable seating. And our hosts were incredibly responsive. Anything I had questions about prior to the trip was answered right away. It all went very smoothly!We’d definitely stay again!

Just what we needed

This property was perfect for our vacation. Our kids loved the pools, we used the grills on site a couple of times and it was great. Easy beach access and the facilities staff were very friendly.

Beautiful Ocean View and very convenient to local attractions.

The view from the balcony overlooking the ocean was amazing! The location was convenient to so many things and use of the facilities in the neighboring Phoenix properties was nice. The linens and facility itself were clean. The condition of the furnishings was disappointing, however. All the mattresses were soft and lumpy. The cushions on the furniture (inside and on the deck) were also worn and uncomfortable. Some of the window treatments had stains on them apparently from dirty hands used to open and close them. Many of the kitchen cookware and utensils also need updating. The skillet and cookie sheet, for example, had baked/burnt on food making them unusable.

Beautiful property, easy entry. Just as described.Comfy beds and all you will need for a beach trip. The owners are responsive and really provide a wonderful experience. Ty and Cristina went above and beyond for me. I left my jewelry box and they were kind enough to mail it back to me out of state. I cannot thank them enough. 10 stars!!

Beachfront Getaway

I recently stayed at this beautiful condo right on the beach, and it exceeded all my expectations! The view was fantastic —waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean was the highlight of every morning.The condo itself was spotless, well-decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the living space felt spacious yet cozy.The location was perfect—just steps from the sand, and within walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Parking was easy, and the building felt safe and well-maintained.
