We had an absolutely awesome time and especially loved the beautiful view of the beach, as well as having the corner side balcony.The property worked perfectly for our group's trip, though we did note that the condo could use a little bit of updating. The unit was very tastefully decorated and very spacious! The mattresses need to be replaced and there was very low hot water pressure! The Phoenix III was very nice and we had a very nice time!

Just what we needed

This property was perfect for our vacation. Our kids loved the pools, we used the grills on site a couple of times and it was great. Easy beach access and the facilities staff were very friendly.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and my family had an amazing time. The ocean view was absolutely stunning, and we loved waking up every morning to the beautiful view of the Gulf and watching the dolphins. It was a great experience for the kids. Communication with the host was excellent—they answered every question I had promptly.The only downside was that the condo could definitely use some updates. The bathtubs and shower curtains were very dirty, with pink, slimy buildup on them. The cleaning staff should pay closer attention to these areas. Aside from that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Wonderful property, location and unit for a medium sized family. Awesome end unit allows for spreading out of rooms with beautiful view of the beach. Definitely would stay again.
