Had a wonderful stay! Great communication from host who kept us updated with some unfortunate weather/with possible parking lot flooding expected. Beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, etc were available to use which was appreciated. Nice pool on the property. Short distance to beach. I have stayed different properties at Villas on the Gulf since I was a kid so I was familiar with the location of different buildings already - the only minor difficulty was finding the correct parking space under the building as none were labeled with unit number. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very clean and family friendly. Access to the pool and beach was easy. We appreciated the covered parking that kept our car cool during the day. Overall, we enjoyed our our stay and look forward to returning for future trips.

The Host was very informative on property details and map instructions. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Was only walking distance to the beach which was nice.

It was clean but for the price I paid per night I was not expecting alot of wear and tear. Needs some TLC. The host was very accommodating letting us check in an hour early.

Since buying this condo, many upgrades have been made. New bedroom suites, dining table, furniture for the living room, new pots and pans, new cutlery and appliances have been purchased. The condo is also thoroughly cleaned between guests with all linens and towels being replaced. Upgrades will continue to be made. I am not sure what the guest was referring to when it needs TLC. There is a certain amount of wear and tear that takes place during the summer months, with new guests coming in frequently. More upgrades are made in the off-season. I can assure new guests that they will have a clean and comfortable stay.

Our host was wonderful and gave great responses to our questions and requests. This property is just a short walk to the beautiful white sandy beaches. There is also a very nice pool available.

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. We went to Pensacola to visit my daughter and relax, and that’s exactly what we did. We did some sightseeing and shopping. I was a little bummed we only got beach weather 1 day, but it’s all we needed. We got an unexpected fly over from the Blue Angels and got to see dolphins swimming in the water. I would love to go back!

Great location, good set up

Location is so convenient to the beach and trolley stop. The beds were very comfortable and my boys were happy to each have their own bed in the second bedroom.

Fabulous Location for our Annual Girls’ Trip

Check-in was made so simple by the clear and easy communication with Michelle. The unit was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The walk to the beach was very short and the pool was well maintained. We will definitely stay here again.

Was perfect size for our stay! Looked like a brand new stove and oven!! It was beautiful! I wasn’t sure whether the jacuzzi tub worked since some of the knobs were missing but shower was perfect! Beds were super comfy! Location was perfect! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. We love the location and the condo was well equipped and very clean. Communication with the host was friendly, easy and efficient. We would book this location again on our next vacation to Pensacola Beach.

Great Location for Shelling

Quick walk to the beach. Excellent shelling beach. Very close to restaraunts and shops. We had a great time.
