Beds were comfortable,kitchen well appointed, everything clean. We enjoyed our stay. One caveat: the driveway is VERY narrow. And if they have had a recent snow, be prepared to do some shovelling.

Great weekend getaway.

We came to Rochester to visit our daughter. The unit was a 10 minute walk to my daughter’s place. It was super clean, quiet, and well decorated and stocked. And small world, the upstairs tenant turned out to be my daughter‘a coworker. We will definitely stay here again.

Cozy, clean, great location!

We visited Rochester as a family to see the Strong Museum of Play. This lovely place was just a short drive from the museum. Everything was clean and comfy. We had a two year old with us and we’re happy to see the pack and play was in great condition and there was even kiddo diningware. Thanks for a great stay!

First visit to Rochester

The property location was clutch. The furthest commute to the museum areas was 9 minutes! Food close by, parks, parking in back of unit, renovations up to date and CLEAN! Shower has great pressure and gets hot!!Only things I would advise is the driveway is narrow, so a large SUV or truck needs to be cautious or park on street and there is a residence above the unit. Didn't hear a peep out of the neighbors after 9-9:30ish otherwise.My family can't wait to visit again, and we know where we will be staying! Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

The property more than met our needs and expectations. The bedroom we used (the one with the desk) is spacious enough you don't feel like you're always running into your partner. The large bathroom doesn't have much counter space at the vanity but there is a cabinet that provides additional 'counter-top' space. We enjoy preparing our own breakfast - the kitchen was nicely equipped. The washer/dryer came in very handy during our stay (laundry is shared with upstairs - no issues with this arrangement). We did not use the second bedroom or the outside seating area (it was too hot during our stay). The living room was a great place to relax after a long, hot day of packing and loading boxes onto a truck - we were in Rochester to help our daughter and family pack-up their home and move to Oklahoma.

Disappointing

The property itself was nice; however, the owner treated me very unfairly. There is a ring camera on the premises and someone saw me enter the facility with a helium tank. Three hours after entry, I received the following text from the owner, "Hi Josh. The home has a strict no parties or events policies. Therefore, I am canceling your reservation immediately, please remove any items you have brought into the house to avoid any further consequences." There was no party or event. May 29 was my girlfriend's birthday and I had the helium tank to inflate balloons. It was a celebration, not a party or event. There was no food on the premises, no drinks, nothing to indicate we were having a party or hosting an event. The reservation was for four adults and only three were on the premises. Not only did she falsely accuse me of having a party or event, she has thus far refused to communicate with me and I have not received a refund for which I paid over 550 for a two-night stay. These are not the actions of a good owner. Communication is key. If she would have spoken with me, I would have insured her that we were not violating any policies and knowing that we were being watched we definitely would not have done anything to anger her. We would have removed the balloons ASAP. It was more important for me to make sure my girlfriend's day was special and being evicted before she even got to see all that I had done for her was horrible.

Little Gem

Great location for a short stay in Rochester. Tastefully appointed, clean, convenient and sufficiently supplied. Communication with host was prompt and helpful. The driveway is a little narrow but worth the effort for the secure parking space.
