The owner's favorite unit! Newly renovated, cozy1 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Located directly across the street from the beach, restaurants, and bars. With a privacy fence and a private outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. This unit comes with free parking which is scarce on the beach. We will supply you with linens, towels, beach towels, soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and appliances. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am. We provide self-check-in and check-out. You are welcome to follow the link below for a virtual tour of the unit.

Great location!! Within walking distance to restaurants, shops and of course, the beach! I guarantee you will not find a better shower in Indian Rocks. IT IS AMAZING!! I will say, the unit is very small. Perfect for a single person or a couple. Thank you!

Great location!

The pictures were very accurate. The location is ideal for walking to the beach and restaurants- including a fun ice cream shop around the corner. The rental is small and perfect for 2 people. We had three people and it was still good for our 2-night stay. We had one problem in that we couldn't use the TV because it was requiring a code that the owner did not have, but went to the bar across the street to watch March Madness. The owner provided great extras for the beach and enough towels and bathroom necessities for the three of us for the stay. Would stay here again!
