Bienvenue à Crystal Sands Beach House ll à Indian Rocks Beach! Votre maison loin de chez vous dans la petite ville balnéaire d'Indian Rocks Beach.

Nous sommes situés au: 119 14th Ave N, Unit B, Indian Rocks Beach, FL 33785

Récemment rénové avec tous les nouveaux meubles et tout le confort de la maison. WiFi gratuit et télévision par câble avec DVR et Smart TV pour se connecter à Netflix et Hulu. Nous avons inclus un chariot rempli de chaises de plage, parasol, serviettes et jouets de plage pour les enfants. Très propre! Garez votre voiture juste en face de l'unité. Pas d'escaliers ou longue marche avec bagages ou épicerie. Barbecue et table de pique-nique extérieure.

Très bien situé, à un pâté de maisons de l'une des plus belles plages de Floride avec des couchers de soleil spectaculaires. De plus, à 1 ou 3 pâtés de maisons de certains des meilleurs restaurants comme Guppies, Keegan’s, Chicago Jax, TJ, s Italian, Pajano’s, Salt. Il y a une location de vélos, une location de paddle board, un magasin de surf, un magasin de crème glacée, un spa de massage, des appâts et du matériel et un pub anglais dans notre même rue. Pour les enfants, il y a un grand parc (Kolb Park) à un pâté de maisons. Soyez au centre de tout tout en profitant de l'emplacement calme.

Indian Rocks Beach est juste entre Clearwater Beach et St. Pete Beach. Il n'y a pas de gratte-ciel et un parking limité sur la plage donc, tout est à votre disposition!

Stayed at this house for spring break with my daughter and her friend. I would highly recommend staying here. It is close to restaurants and the beach. I would stay here again.

The location of this property couldn't be better! It was a very short walk to shops and the beach. The area was quiet though. Upon check-in, we had a couple of minor issues that the owner could not have predicted--they were remedied very quickly. The owners were fantastic! The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels provided. There were lots of baby and beach items in one of the closets though we did not use them. We didn't use anything in the kitchen though there appeared to be several useful items. We didn't use the washer and dryer either, but they were there. We enjoyed the outdoor furniture. We didn't have any neighbors on the other side of the duplex during our stay, so I can't speak about any noise. There was only one step to get in the house; it was easy for my elderly mother to navigate the walkway and the house. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay! The accommodations and the apace was everything we were looking for. Comfortably housed 4 of us. The beach is 2 min walk and plenty of small restaurants and bars around. Would definitely book again

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Crystal Sands! The place was well furnished and cozy with all we needed! We were a very short walk to the beautiful beach and there were plenty of places near us to grab a coffee, breakfast or a souvenir. We’d definitely stay again!!

Cute little place and great stay! I brought my kids here for a long weekend before school started and it was perfect for us! I didn't want to have to rent a car and the location of this could not have been better. It's a super short walk right to the beach, good restaurants, coffee shop, and a trolley stop which will take you north/ south up the beach towns for cheap! We needed to check in early/out late and they were super accommodating.

This property is a great beach rental for a family or a group of friends. You can quickly walk to the beach and the house has a wagon full of beach chairs, toys etc. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a plus. The house is very clean and comfortable.

Crystal Sands Beach House

We had a wonderful time staying here! The unit was clean and nicely decorated. It offered all beach amenities. The location was the best! Short walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants, but also tucked away from the busy road. Nicole was available for any questions or concerns, which was very appreciative. We will definitely come back!

Another Amazing Stay

We needed ann impromptu escape after unexpectedly losing our black lab. We had stayed at one of the hosts other properties before that was not available. I was able to message Nicole and she had availability at this location and was very accommodating. It was another perfect location, a block from the beach, great restaurants nearby and exactly what we needed to heal our hearts for a few days.

The rental looked exactly like the pics. Super spacious and in a wonderful neighborhood. I was able to communicate with the owner and she got back in a timely manner. We had some issues with the washer and she had it handled asap. I would stay here again!

Great Beach vacation rental

The house is centrally located in IRB and near numerous highly rated restaurants, a nice park, and a few blocks to the beach. We walked everywhere. The house was clean and had all of the necessities including beach equipment. The neighborhood is quiet. Nicole was an excellent and responsive host. We will be back for a visit in the future.

Uncooperative weather

The weather was not good for beach walking. Unit was: Comfortable, clean, quiet, close to the beach and in walking distance of good restaurants. No TV without membership in UTube or other visitor paid TV and complicated to get current news, etc. For the price paid for the week I expected free TV.

We have a beautiful beach for walking! I actually walk the beach every morning. Also, the streaming service must have disconnected. I wish you would’ve brought it to my attention and we would’ve logged in remotely for you right away. Also, unfortunately, we can’t control the weather. :)

The unit we stayed in looked nothing like the pictures online. Although it was clean and nice, there were little things that could of made it nicer. The lighting is lacking. The light bulbs in the kitchen were out. We weren't aware the washer and dryer on the unit we rented was shared with the front unit. And it was a surprise when we heard someone on the porch using it. The decor in the bedrooms were southwestern and would of expected it to match the rest of the home with a beach motif. The ceiling fan in the front bedroom was not balanced so it made noises all night. The biggest issue was the Cable and TV. Since it rained more than 4 hours every day we were there, we were inside a lot. It was almost impossible to get any reception or app on the TV to work. The host was very responsive and the distance to the beach and local eateries/carry-out was perfect.
