Apartment was super clean and short walk to beach access. Necessities provided for beach
chairs, wagon, umbrella, towels, floaties and even cooler. walking distance to several restaurants and the French bakery. Property manager and owner very responsive to questions. Great stay!!

Beach cottage

We enjoyed our stay at this cute little cottage by the beach. Short stay but was perfect for our needs. Close to the ocean and clean.

Beautiful place in a perfect distance from the beach

Very easy to get to the location, the designated parking spot in front of the unit made it super convenient. The place itself was small but very cozy, My wife and i enjoyed it very much with no complaints. Access to the beach a few feet away was great, we caught the sunset one night and walked the beach at night another night, it was so nice to not have to drive to a place just to do that. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

We did not know what to expect as we had never been to the area. The property had everything as advertised including being only steps from the beach. It was very clean and decorated. Excellent location for walking to wonderful restaurants. I would highly recommend this property!

Stones throw from water

Loved accessibility of getting around (jolly trolly is awesome), great coffee at a Paris themed shop, beach was just down the parking lot. Owners were excellent, helpful and attentive. Apartment was clean, had everything we needed and zero issues with anything!

Indian Rocks Beach Rental

From the beginning to the end of not wanting to leave it was all we could ask for. Adrianne our host was AMAZING! The location and the clean rental made our (40) year wedding anniversary so memorable. Thank you Betty for your hospitality and beautiful rental. Looking forward to more stays.

Great beach trip!

I was originally going to take this trip by myself, but had a friend join me. This was the perfect place for 1 or 2 people to stay. The beach access was indeed as close as it appears in the photos! This was important to me! Also important, since I was flying (with only carry on baggage), were beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels). When I messaged Betty to double check on these items, she was quick to have the property manager add a cooler to what was already in the condo. So accommodating!! My friend and I decided we'd definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time! Everything was clean and comfortable. Anything we needed was provided by the vrbo. It was so nice to be so close to the beach. The property owner was very responsive. The code was not changed to our requested number but there was a deadbolt to lock at night so that is ok.

Mostly great but a few real issues

I’d like to say that we had a lovely time and the location was amazing and it was a cute unit. However there were a few concerns I’ll bring up. The biggest concern we had was the bed. Not only was it literally the hardest mattress we have ever attempted to sleep on, but it was advertised as a Queen Size bed, but it wasn’t. We have a queen at home and the moment we went to bed we fell on top of each other. So that plus the stiffness made our first night painful and sleepless. So I improvised and took the super soft queen size mattress off the couch bed and used it as a pillow top. That made it much better. However, the first thing you will notice if you do this, you’ll notice that the queen hide a bed mattress hangs over on both side by 3 inches. Also I would include a dish cleaning brush and a broom so we could clean easier. A minor issue was that the beach chairs have a ton or rust which kept coming off and making the place dirty. Otherwise we loved the spot and the neighborhood.

Ideal location!

We just love IRB and this sweet little gem of a condo is perfectly situated ~ steps to the beach, and a fantastic array of great seafood restaurants a short walk away! You really have no need for a car - the trolley will take you north and south if you want to explore. The condo was cute & cozy and just right for 2 people. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, you can grill on the back patio, and we often ate outside under the Tiki hut. Comfy couch and bed, hot water with great pressure, and we especially appreciated the beach chairs & umbrellas. We WILL return!

It was nice, clean, cozy. All the amenities worked had a nice little cabana out front to sit in very close to the beach, easy walking distance. restaurants and grocery stores close by.

Very clean property. Convenient location. 40 steps to beach with dedicated parking lot. Only issue was on departure day the property manager used the washer / dryer all day for washing linens, etc. that prevented us from being able to use them.

I am a Florida native and have always enjoyed spending time at the beach with my three daughters and their families. (Four amazing grandchildren). Indian Rocks is a wonderful beach with all amenities in walking distance and yet a very laid back Key West type ambiance. So relaxing. The sunsets are beautiful and the surf is perfect for wading, playing in the water or looking for shells

The location of this property was the determining factor in purchasing the Gulf Breeze Inn. The kitchens and baths are all new as well as all the furnishings. The outside of the property has been updated and onsite parking is available. The property is located just steps from the sand. It has the old Florida beach feel and yet totally updated. The location can't be beat. It is walking distance to several popular restaurants and other services such as "corner store", hair salon and the marina is less than three miles away and golf is less than 5 miles away. It is truly wonderful and the best place to just get away from it all and totally relax.
