This 2 bedroom condo (1 king rm & 2nd bedroom w/ 2 double beds) is located on the side overlooking the bird sanctuary and it was fun watching them from our balcony!This condo is well equipped with all that we needed for the beach & pool including towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler etc.We had a baby and there was even a pack & play for him to sleep in!Plenty of closet space and cute decor and furniture was leather and very comfy for evenings with the family!This condo was very clean and we loved our stay

We loved the condo and being able to walk right outside and be on a quiet beach. We didn’t have to deal with fighting people for beachfront chairs or trying to get up at 5am to rent a spot! There were plenty of towels and chairs in the condo for us to use. The pool and hot tub were great as well!

Check in was easy, the condo was really clean and is nicely decorated. The beach location has chairs and umbrellas you can rent daily/weekly. Seems like its a family spot, super relaxed and laid back. We will come again!

Great spot. One issue was it is near a bird sanctuary. Light sleepers beware. The code to the entrance; code to retrieve the key; code to open the gates, made for undue stress early on. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place to get away! Easy access to the beach and plenty of room in the condo for the four of us. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella that made it so nice to hang it at the beach during the day and evenings. Highly recommend.

The condo is clean, large, comfortable, but it is definitely not what I would call beachfront because the trees of the bird sanctuary were blocking 95% of beach view. Only one condo key and one building/beach access door key are provided which was extremely inconvenient for a family of 4 adults bc you couldn’t get back into the building if someone else in your fam had already gone back in the building using the one and only key. Also the bdg does not have a bathroom near the pool. Hot tub & pool area have a very good unobstructed view of the beach.

Yes, most guests agree it is a beautiful, large comfortable unit! The beach is right behind the building so yes it is beachfront. We do make it very clear in the first paragraph of the ad that this unit has a view of the bird sanctuary rather than the beach! There is a code that is used to enter the lobby and can be used throughout your stay! There are 2 keys provided for the unit. One could have been left in the lock box for all guests to have access at all times. Unfortunately, we have no control over the view from the pool or bathrooms in that area! You are just steps away from the beach!

The beach view is a pyramid shape through buildings from a side balcony. The buildings are beach front. The condo balcony is not. It was nice, it faced the bird sanctuary. The 20 rules of the condo were a bit much and not knowing how we were checking in until an hour before was nerve-wracking. I thought we had been scammed. All the numbers to get in one door, to enter the building, another for the apartment , one to access the pool and another for the beach, it was a bit much. We loved the condo . It was very nice and updated.

the condo is EXACTLY as advertised in the ad description. nowhere do we tell our guests it is a beach front condo or that you have a beach view. we actually have listed that you are facing the bird sanctuary. id suggest for future rentals, reading the ad description in its entirety so there aren't any surprises instead of assuming things. every condo has rules to follow, sorry you felt they were overwhelming. almost every condo also has codes to enter certain parts of the property. condo could have been left cleaner and communication could have been a lot better and less rude. would not host again.

Perfect location and amenities. The condo is larger than it appears in the photos. It’s right on the beach and has a heated pool (for when it’s chilly), which was great for this kids. This is a very family friendly location, perfect for our trip with our 1 and 4 year olds.

We really enjoyed the cleaness of the condo. Pictures were deceiving. We were thought we had an ocean view room. We did not! Probably need to let future guests know that they will only see a view of the beach only.

The condo is very spacious and a great location to restaurants directly between Clearwater and Saint Pete Beach. There is nothing wrong at all with the condo except for being directly across from a bird sanctuary that is kind of cool to look at, but does not smell the greatest.The location to the beach is perfect. The pool location and hot tub are amazing. It was great having a washer and dryer in the unit. Overall, we had a very relaxing and fun vacation.
