New Waterfront House with Golf Cart!

Located in April Sound which offers a 27 hole golf course, 3 swimming pools, pickleball, (a fee is payable to the Country Club to use amenities - $100 for 3 days, $150 4-7 days), neighborhood parks, coffee shop, bar, and dining clubhouse just steps away or a short golf cart ride from this property! (In order to use Golf Cart, a waiver must signed along with picture of drivers license. Golf Cart Rules must be followed at ALL times). This home is located on the water with a private boat dock, however please be aware April Sound does not allow renters to bring through their own watercraft into April Sound via the road. You may sail your craft via water and tie up for the duration of you stay! Feel free to use the ping pong table and corn hole boards that are located in the garage! Queen air mattress is provided and located in downstairs closet. Just added new queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. Finally, there are 2 twin memory foam mattresses located in the master bedroom closet that are great for extra kiddos.

Home provides over 2000 sq ft with a large open kitchen and living area and 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths which makes it great for family getaways. You’ll love our amazing kitchen and counter dining which has a great water view! Or enjoy the grill under the cover patio while looking at the water! There is also a Weber charcoal grill in the garage.

Bedroom 1 is the spacious primary suite with a beautiful water view with a custom spa like walk-in shower with double sinks and walk-in closet. 55” smart TV and oscillating fan. Plenty of room for queen air mattress or twin mattresses on floor!

Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed with love seat, oscillating fan, and smart TV.

Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a trundle sofa bed, that has a pull out single underneath so it sleeps two comfortably (4 total in the room). Like all rooms, this bedroom also has a walk-in closet, oscillating fan, and smart TV.

For additional sleeping there is a queen self-inflating air mattress in downstairs closet, and a brand new queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Our home is in a gated community in a safe quiet cul-de-sac and has a driveway with plenty of space to park 2-4 cars. The neighborhood does not allow cars to be parked on the street overnight.

Please note this home is NOT suitable for large parties and there is zero tolerance for this. Also, we have great neighbors so please always be considerate of them when it comes to after hours and noise. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!
