Bienvenue dans notre condominium de fairway décoré avec goût, mis à jour avec la TVHD et l'accès Internet haut débit sans fil, dans le cadre luxuriant du Monterey Country Club. Ce country club cinq étoiles situé au centre comprend 19 courts de tennis, 35 complexes piscine / spa, deux terrains de golf privés, un centre de remise en forme et des restaurants distingués dans un club-house de style californien surplombant les fairways, le lac et les montagnes.

Un trajet de cinq minutes vous emmène à El Paseo, le «Rodeo Drive» du désert, pour faire du shopping sophistiqué. La gastronomie et de nombreux terrains de golf publics sont à quelques minutes.

Notre condominium confortablement aménagé a été entièrement rénové en 2007-8 et dispose de deux chambres: la chambre principale a un lit king-size oriental (78 'de large par 80' de long), télévision par câble, lecteur DVD et sa propre salle de bain mise à jour; la deuxième chambre a un lit king-size californien (72 "de large par 80" de long), la télévision par câble et un lecteur DVD et se trouve dans le couloir de sa propre salle de bain rénovée. Tous les draps, serviettes (y compris les serviettes de piscine) et la literie sont fournis. Un détergent à lessive, un détergent pour lave-vaisselle et d'autres produits ménagers sont également fournis pour votre usage. Et il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre commodité.

Le spacieux salon / salle à manger donne sur le parcours de golf vers les montagnes de Santa Rosa et dispose d'un plafond voûté avec ventilateur, cheminée, canapé en cuir, télévision LCD 37 pouces avec réception HD via le décodeur câble, lecteur DVD et une table à manger qui six à huit sièges. La cuisine a une table et des chaises pour le petit-déjeuner, de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, y compris une cuisinière à deux fours, et est bien équipée avec micro-ondes, grille-pain, mixeur, cafetière, mélangeur électrique, et une multitude de casseroles, poêles, plats et verrerie. Il existe également un accès Internet haut débit par câble Time Warner (nécessite un port Ethernet sur votre ordinateur) et une capacité sans fil WiFi.

Prenez le petit déjeuner (avec du pamplemousse frais cueilli dans notre propre arbre!), barbecue, et détendez-vous au soleil sur la terrasse orientée plein sud donnant sur le double fairway du golf est, avec vue sur les montagnes au-delà! Ou détendez-vous simplement sur une chaise longue dans la paisible cour avant et lisez! Nagez dans l'une des piscines voisines ou trempez-vous dans le spa à côté d'une piscine! Magasinez, dînez et jouez!

Tout ce que vous voulez est à proximité, mais vous vous sentirez loin dans ce magnifique cadre tropical!

Clean and Comfortable

We had a very pleasant stay here while in town for an event. Julie was communicative and made sure we had everything set before arrival. The home was clean, well-stocked, and in a very nice location. We would highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Palm Desert, and we would love to return again!

Great winter sun.

Large condo at private Country Club with 2 bedrooms and separate living, dinning, kitchen areas. Outstanding feature is the south facing rear patio for the winter sun. Fully equipped kitchen. Host is very accommadating with extensive instructions.

Monterey CC January Stay

Totally enjoyed staying at Julie’s condo. Very walkable area and easy in/out. The patio views are great this time of year with the sun crossing so low in the south sky. Master bedroom is very comfortable and the condo is especially quiet at night. Julie is easy to communicate with and very thorough in instruction. The fresh grapefruit in the tree is an added bonus! Thank you Julie!

Great stay!

My husband and I and our two children stayed for about two weeks in this condo. Everything you could need was in this condo. The beds were amazingly comfortable and there was a t.v. in each room. Two pools with hot tubs were within walking distance. My husband and I enjoyed coffee each morning on the back deck. Julie was very prompt at returning any correspondence. We would certainly return again!

I am so glad my renters appreciated my comfortable beds, my well-equipped kitchen and my south-facing patio overlooking the golf course and the snow-covered mountains beyond. they took great care of the condo, and I look forward to their returning.

Dog hair and smell

After we spent 48 hours cleaning this property, it was fantastic. Dog hair everywhere. Indeed, the dryer filter appeared not to have been cleaned for months. Loose dog food in pantry. Garage reeked of old dog food. Vent over stove had not been cleaned for at least six months. Dog hair even in pots and pans cupboard.

They said the condo was “fantastic”! But only 2 stars???? Condo was professionally cleaned before their Jan. 1, 2022 arrival. Renters in Nov. and Dec. 2021 did not complain about dog hair. Neither has any renter since I started renting in 2008! I always get positive reviews! I do have two dogs, but the condo is cleaned thoroughly after they have been there. Dogs and dog food are never put in the garage. If they had told me there was a problem, I would have had the cleaning people back immediately. I am so sorry for their 2-day experience but happy they found the condo “fantastic” for the other 29 days of their monthly rental.

Couldn't Have Been Better!

Everything from beginning to end was extremely professional. The condo was a great place to stay for my 50th birthday getaway. The condo was extremely clean & tastefully decorated. Very convenient location to getting around in the Palm Desert/Palm Springs area. We would choose to use this condo again if we plan another trip to Palm Desert.The owner (Julie), was very detailed in every way and being our first time to rent from VRBO we were a little nervous and didn't know what to expect. It just really "couldn't have been better."

This is a fantastic condo!

We loved our month in this condo. The owner couldn't have been more helpful with the contract, clear instructions, and attention to every detail that provided for a really fine experience for us. The condo is open and airy, has very nice furniture, two super sunny patios, a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and top-of-the-line linens and dishes. We couldn't have found a better location, close to shopping, parks, and the weekend street fair. We did lots of walking and were grateful for the owner's suggestions and ideas about hikes, stores, and activities. Anyone would be very pleased to stay here. The southern view from the golf side of the condo is incredible...mountains, two fairways, palm trees, and pools. There are even grapefruits to pick off the tree in the front patio. You can't do better than this piece of paradise!!

I love the area! Now that I have recently graduated from law school at a very advanced age -- a second career for me -- I am renting out this condo which is my own personal condo, when I won't be able to use it. As I have asthma and allergies, my condo is perfect for people who have asthma and allergies! The floors are tile, with area rugs; there are no curtains to trap dust; and most of the furniture is solid wood or MDF from Pottery Barn. I also live just north of Lake Tahoe, CA. in the cute and fun mountain town of Truckee in the summer. Tahoe summers are as perfect as desert winters! Do send me an email or give me a call. I would love to tell you about this rental property. I repeat that my condo is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed!

I love the desert and I was seeking a winter home away from the snow in Tahoe. Winters in the desert enjoy perfect 70-72 degree sunny weather, and I bought at Monterey Country Club because of its beautiful landscaping, central location to Palm Desert and other desert towns, and quiet lifestyle! Further, my condo is in the quiet rear of the club, affording a quiet and restful stay!

I love looking at the Santa Rosa mountains across the lush golf course; they are so beautiful. I go to the Tennis Club at Monterey when I am at my condo, and the tennis staff fixes me up with others to play tennis with. The tennis club has a very active membership and playing tennis at Monterey CC is very enjoyable. I also like the pools that are in each neighborhood. Swimming at the pool is a great way to meet one's neighbors.
