Small yet spacious. This tiny cabana is well laid out and can sleep up to 6. This cottage is great for the couple or small family that loves to catch fish right out of the back yard. This property is directly on the intercoastal with a beach view.
Master bedroom has a queen bed with tons of closet space, and smart tv. Upstairs loft has 2 twin beds and a full. Futon in living room makes into full bed. **note -cannot stand up in loft**
The kitchen has a full size fridge, stove and plenty of counter space. Living room has 55 inch smart tv.

My husband and I had a great stay here! We caught more catfish we could count, a flounder, and a stingray! Place was clean and easy to find.

Honestly the home itself was fine. But the fact that I spent as much as I did to be stuck in a tiny home with my family for two days because the weather was awful. It was too cold and windy to do any fishing or outdoor activities and there is absolutely nothing to do in Sargent other than outdoor things. If we had caught fish or been able to do more than just watch tv the whole time it could’ve been great.

I had a fantastic stay! The house was perfect! Caught black drum, redfish, speckled trout, sand trout, croaker, ladyfish, hardhead and gafftop catfish. I would definitely recommend!

Great stay!

We had a great stay at Little Salt. We are a tall couple with a 6' grandson, but we had enough space in the well-planned tiny house. It was great to fish from the back yard and we even took a little time to visit the beach. The community is very friendly and we felt safe. Be sure to do your grocery shopping before you get there. We hope to return soon!

There is not one thing I can say bad about our stay. Very relaxing had ever thing we needed. Definitely would recommend and be coming back.
