Relax in this chic and artfully designed condo. This sun-kissed 1-bedroom apartment in Irving Park is located in the city, but away from the hustle and bustle in a tree-lined quiet green neighborhood

You can go just about anywhere in the city in 20 - 30 min as we are 2 minutes to the 24/7 EL blue line stop (train) and the I90/94 interstate. Our apartment is perfectly situated halfway between downtown Chicago & O’Hare airport. We are in a crime-free part of Chicago & have FREE PARKING. Our place is close to the interstate and the local metro stop (the EL blue line), so visitors from smaller cities may find it a bit noisy.

You have exclusive access to this unit. Bedding, towels, and toiletries are all provided during your stay.

There is a back patio with a gas grill, fire pit, and lawn chairs where you can entertain or relax at will. Please note that this space is used by full-time tenants of the building as well so please clean up after yourself and leave the space tidy

A great little spot for a few days in Chicago! Conveniently located next to the Blue Line, and a lot of great neighborhood spots just a short walk away. And Anna and Jason were helpful and proactive in all of their communication. Highly recommend!

Jason and Anna are great host/hostess and were very communicative before, during and after my stay. Their place was as advertised, in that it was cozy, clean and very close to public transportation, restaurants and stores. They checked several times to make sure I was having a good time and to see if there was anything I needed to make my stay more pleasant. They even provide provided me with coins for the washer and dryer. I am very happy with my stay and would do so again when I return to Chicagoland.

Enjoyed staying here for the weekend! The location is great for getting onto the blue line and getting around the city! It was a good size for my boyfriend and I for a few days. Check in and check out and overall communication was easy and straightforward.

Our experience was just okay. For the price, I expected more. Parking was inconvenient, and the noise from cars throughout the night was noticeable. The apartment was quite small and had fewer amenities than other places we’ve stayed. The shower also needed better cleaning, as there was black mold around the bottom. Overall, I probably would not stay here again.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry the stay did not fully meet your expectations. We do try to accurately describe the apartment, parking arrangement, and urban location in the listing. Regarding the shower, the dark area mentioned appears to be discoloration of the bathroom caulking rather than mold. We understand how it could have looked concerning. We appreciate the feedback and will continue looking for ways to improve the guest experience.

I have stayed with Jason before and hope to do so again. This place is super-convenient, not necessarily deluxe, but perfect for my needs. Jason has always been responsive to any requests. Vrbo itself was a little wonky this last trip because some kind of in-house rule made it very difficult to extend my stay. Not a deal-killer. I highly recommend this spot for people who plan to get out and about in Chicago.

I just needed a home base and place to sleep, so I didn’t use the kitchen or any of the other amenities. It was very clean and’s w best and the bed was comfortable. The noise of the L might bother some but I’d just gotten off a 52 hr train ride. It sounded like I was still on the train so no bother. I was disturbed by the noise of the people overhead when I was desperately trying to sleep before my early departure, but I doubt my hosts have any control over that.

It is clean and very basic. Up a flight of rickety outdoor stairs. No blackout blinds or curtains so very bright at night and next to highway and train so very noisy. But if you don't care about any of these things its a good value for the money.

Welcome to this architecturally beautiful space with 10' ceilings. This sunny lavishly furnished apartment has abundant natural light and all that you need to relax after a day of work/ school, visiting family, or all the wonders Chicago has to offer.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, perfect for 2. If you require additional accommodation let us know and we can provide extra air mattresses and other things that you might need.

Our apartment comes with a full custom kitchen, equipped with stainless appliances. There is a smart TV, and high-speed internet in the whole unit. The building also has coin-operated laundry facilities onsite. Please reach out if you need coins.

There is everything you might need during your stay; the kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, cookware, basic spices, cooking oil, and essential appliances for your use. You will also find extra toilet paper rolls in the bathroom, a couple of trash bags, liquid dish soap, and hand-wash in the kitchen. As a courtesy, we also provide a few basic supplies for your use (coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, snacks, etc.)

Check-out time is at 10 AM. If you would like a later check-out due to your flight or travel plans, please let us know when you check-in so that we can accommodate you as best whenever possible. You are always welcome to store your bags/luggage with us for free whenever we cannot accommodate a late checkout.

We ask that there are no parties on-site and that only registered guests stay in the unit. There are other people living in the building, so we request you to keep noise low and respect the quiet hours of 10 pm to 6 am that have been mandated by the city.

There is free street parking right outside the building. However, since you are only less than a block from one of Chicago’s best and cleanest train lines you can ride straight into the city to connect to all the best that Chicago has to offer.

1. Please clean up after yourself in the kitchen.
2. No OUTDOOR SHOES in the house
3. No smoking inside the house.
4. You are free to come and go anytime, but please be considerate at late hours.x
