Location was wonderful! Properly nice and well kept. Condo was great. Comfortable beds. Kitchen perfectly equipped. I would add a love seat couch or invest L shape couch, no need for coffee table. Would definitely come back.

The counters in the kitchen and dining room table were filthy. Bathroom had soap scum on shower niches. Condo was nice and location was perfect. The clean team needs to do a better job

Great place. Initially the listing was confusing, there were two different condos in the listing photos. The walkway is on the back of the building, and the balcony is on the side. Only wish there were better curtains in the living room and balcony. They were see through. Also done with the blinds in the bedrooms

Had a great time at this condo right on the beach! Excellent communication, no problems with condo. Parking very easy to access. Condo was clean and ready two hours early.

After an interesting start to our trip, this place turned out to be magical. Great location, great communication with property owner. We will be coming back to this unit very soon. Absolutely Wonderful.

Great beach location!

It was nice to be off the beaten path a little. Beach wasn’t crowded and the provided beach service was a huge plus! Pool is right off the ocean to cool off before heading back inside. We stayed here a few nights before going to Rosemary Beach. I would stay here again. Nice corner unit with a balcony.

Great Place for Our Family

This was a great location and had everything we needed. I wish there was the dvd player that was pictured in the listing since the internet stopped working and never came back in.

The condo was absolutely perfect. The views were priceless. Myself, my mom amd my 4 sisters couldn't have been happier. We will definitely plan to go again.

A million dollar view!!

We have stayed at various Aqua Villa units over the last 8 years and this unit is the best! Very clean well stocked unit with a nice balcony to watch the sunset or just relax. Excellent communication with the owner and we will most definitely be back to this unit again!
