Enjoy a comfortable private king suite in a convenient Winter Haven location near Downtown Winter Haven, Winter Haven Hospital, and LEGOLAND Florida Resort.

Welcome to the Eagle Room. Eagle was designed for guests who value comfort, convenience, and the freedom to settle in. With a kitchenette, in-suite washer and dryer, spacious private layout, and king bed, the suite has what you need to relax and feel at home.

This private suite is attached to the host’s home but has its own separate exterior entrance, keyless entry, covered parking, private bathroom, kitchenette, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, 55-inch smart TV, and guest-controlled window AC unit in addition to the home’s central AC. The private suite entrance has an “Eagle” sign above the door to help guests easily identify the correct entrance.

The suite is a great fit for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, visiting medical professionals, and a small family with one child.

* 1 small convertible futon best suited for a child

Guest amenities include:

* Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

Guests have access to the suite, private bathroom, kitchenette, washer and dryer, designated covered parking space, and parking area.

A car is recommended for getting around Winter Haven. Grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, Downtown Winter Haven, Winter Haven Hospital, LEGOLAND Florida Resort, and local lakes are within a short drive.

The suite is professionally cleaned before each guest arrival, with fresh linens and towels prepared for your stay. The cleaning fee covers a one-time cleaning, sanitizing, and linen preparation before check-in. For stays of 7 days or longer, additional cleaning may be available upon request for an added fee and must be scheduled in advance.

House rules:
* No smoking or vaping inside the suite or on the property.
* Pets are allowed by request only and must be approved before arrival. A $25 pet fee applies per pet, per stay.
* Parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed.
* Please be respectful of the home, neighbors, and shared residential setting.
* Please keep noise to a reasonable level, especially during evening and overnight hours.

The property was quiet, and the owner was friendly and responded extremely quickly when contacted. It had all I needed for a quick work visit to Florida.

Weekend with our Grands.

Overall, it was great for the price we paid. Property manager was easy to work with and communication was always timely. Location was not ideal for our needs but we made it work. The neighborhood was quiet. Parking was great making unloading and loading a breeze. We never did figure out the TV. Even though we didn't need it during our stay, it looks like they have added supplemental air conditioning.

Didn't even get to stay here.

After booking instantly, the host messaged me apologizing that the booking is not available and blamed Vrbo for their calendar issue. The host was friendly at first. After numerous attempts to have the host refund me, they refused and wanted me to cancel instead. The policy has no refunds for cancelation. Vrbo eventually gave me back my money. Would never book from this host ever again.

Comfortable Stay

This is an attached room ins house with a separate entrance and no entrance to the home. It is a decent sized efficiency. It was clean and the neighborhood was quiet.

Great property and exellent communication with the owners. The only hiccup was that i couldnt control the thermostat and the room got a bit warm from time to time. The owners provide a space heater but not a separate fan with the room for when it gets too warm.

Central location and clean!

We enjoyed our stay here! The room was large and had everything shown in the pictures. The washer and dryer were very helpful to have. In terms of closeness to attractions and things it was right in the middle of the state, so it was easy to get to places. The only thing missing was climate controls, it seemed like it had vents for cooling but we couldn't turn them on and off ourselves so it was a little warm at night. Not a terrible thing but it was something we noticed and had to deal with. Overall, communication was great and we enjoyed our time here. Thank you so much!
