Highly recommend!

My daughter and I had an amazing stay here! This cozy apartment had all we needed for our perfect girls weekend! Great kitchen with all the amenities, comfortable beds and a great place to come back to after busy days out exploring. Great location close to grocery stores, restaurants, Legoland and lake activities. The hosts were incredible and welcoming. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great Place to Stay

Great property to stay. The owner was very responsive in getting checkin instructions sent early and notified us of an earlier checkin time. The apartment was very clean and the balcony was nice to sit on in the evening. Great location with access to many different things a short distance away. Great suggestions for local restaurants were provided in the book. Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Great for birding

Lovely little spot just a few feet away from Lake Elbert. As soon as I got here, I walked around the lake and the birding was incredible. Saw a bald eagle, several osprey, wood storks, limpkins, loggerhead shrike, and many more. The location was extremely neat, tidy, and comfortable. My cat stayed with me, and he settled in quickly and enjoyed sleeping on the couch. The locations was centrally located in Florida, so easy to get to other locations like Tampa, Orlando, and Jacksonville in only a couple of hours. Twenty minutes away was a beatiful reserve called Circle B Bar Reserve, which was a great place to hike and see more birds.

All around best

The balcony was great for taking meals and you could see the lake. Lighting was excellent, motion sensor lights from parting area to entryway, so you were never in the dark. Neighborhood was quiet. I liked that they proved games, bugs spray and did not have laundry on-site (so no chores to start the washing machine before checkout like at other places I’ve been). Kitchen has a pretty cool air fryer oven sort of deal. I loved the color and layout of the space. They have fancy chickens, bunny and a goat nearby (not in an area you go in, but I could hear the goat when I parked my car). My 6ft4in husband did feel some of the areas where the roof slanted were too low for him. but at 5ft10in, I have no complaints.
