Located right next to the famous Music Row, Hillsborough Village, Vanderbilt University and Belmont University! Walking distance to shopping, bars, live music and restaurants. Close to recording studios, labels, publishers - you never know you may see walking around the area. Very safe area! Less than 2.5 miles to the main bar area on Broadway.

No car is needed as the condo is located in a very walkable area and there are plenty of Ubers, Lyfts and Taxis to help you get around. If you choose to bring a car through, the condo rental comes with free parking.

The apartment is very beautiful and clean. The beds are comfortable and the corner balcony is great to sit with a cup of coffee in the morning. It is in a great location to visit restaurants or shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing condo right next to Belmont and walkable distance to nearby sights. Condo was clean and staging was very pretty. Never had an issue with the dedicated parking, even with a large vehicle. Recently stayed at this property for a couples trip. Perfect spot for 2 couples as each have their own room and full bathroom. Great location off strip, cheap uber to broadway. Clean and safe neighborhood. Walkable to Vanderbilt and music row. Unit had all the amenities you need. Check in was easy, and host communicated with us throughout our stay. Gladly stay here again.
