We believe the private outdoor space and indoor open layout are the reasons that you'll like this first floor flat. There are 4 distinct parts of the yard. The front yard has a small circular driveway for easy access in and out of the flat (no stairs). The backyard has a fenced in private pool, night lighting for ambience, patio furniture (shaded and unshaded), and large patio overlooking the canal, docks and boats. The side yard adjacent to the patio has a grill, gazebo, outside shower and fenced-in grass for your furry friends to freely run around. The other side of the yard has a high hedge and palm trees for semi-private activity, yard games, basketball and extra parking. The inside layout of the flat is very open - the pool table area, TV and sitting area, dining area and kitchen with a large counter/bar all flow into each other. The 3 bedrooms and full bathroom are on the other side of the flat for a little more privacy. The full bathroom can be simultaneously used by 3 people, and there's an additional private shower outside. The cement floors are sealed and colored with area rugs placed throughout the flat. After every guest stay, we instructed the cleaning services to fully clean and sanitize the floor and surfaces to make it safe, clean smelling and comfortable for people and furry friends.

The biggest benefits of this property are that you can comfortably hang-out with the whole family in this space, walk to the beach (best part of the Tigertail beach), or walk a little farther to the grocery store or Promenade for several nice restaurants. The entire neighborhood is super safe, no high-rise buildings or traffic, and walking your pets on large sidewalks along private luxury homes is relaxing and fun. I'm sure there are more upscale and expensive places to stay on Marco Island, but very few will be as comfortable, easy-going, better located, and clean as our flat for your family and pets.
