Monica was great. She answered all my questions and helped us when we had difficulties. The condo was clean. I found the bed to be uncomfortable but the couch worked fine for sleeping. Unfortunately due to lots of renovations going on the elevator was not working so we got our exercise going up and down three flights of stairs. Location was good for the beach and restaurants.

Outside was under construction and no elevators work. We were on 3rd floor and had to haul all of our luggage up three dark flights of stairs with boarded up elevators and under construction. Inside was clean and as advertised!!

Hi Tanya, Unfortunately, we have no control over elevators that have malfunctioned. They are now fixed and working properly. The front desk was offering all guests assistance with their luggage or bags. As owners, we are unable to prevent outside maintenance or renovations that occur at a complex which I am sure you are aware. In the listing, it does state the complex is undergoing exterior renovations.

À propos de l’hôte

Hôte : Monica

Image de profil de l’hôte
My husband and I live in Corpus Christi. We recently purchased a condo on the beach. I am self-employed and dabble in a few things including real estate. My husband is a firefighter, and we have an 8-year-old daughter named Olivia who we adore! I love interior decorating, traveling, spending time with my family, and reading a good book. We have (3) doggies that we love to take for walks on the beach. We hope you enjoy our condo as much as we do!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We completely renovated this condo from top to bottom. All new furniture and decor. We really enjoy staying here when it is not being booked. I enjoy watching the sunset from our balcony while drinking a glass of wine. Beach Haven Condo is close to all the attractions such as the Lexington, Texas State Aquarium, Whataburger Field, Hurricane Alley waterpark, and many downtown restaurants such as Waterstreet and Executive Surf Club.
