This beautiful condo boasts all that you'll need for some rest and relaxation. Aside from the panoramic views, it offers a fully stocked kitchen for your meals, alongside a luxurious family room to relax and take in a movie after a relaxing dinner. Dining room seating for 4. We know you'll be ready to enjoy the amenities with a beautifully landscaped pool that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Sit poolside to bask in the sun or read a book and unwind.
Did we mention the location, that offers a quick walk to many restaurants, shops and entertainment. No need for a car!
Jet Skiing, Parasailing, Sky Diving, Scuba Diving, Fishing, Boating Tours, Dolphin Watching, Shell Collecting, Shopping, Miniature Golf, Bird Sanctuary, Walking the Pier, Treasure Island, Night Life, Take in your Favorite Movie, Incredible Dining. All this within 5-25 minutes to the North and to the South of this condo.
This retreat is located at the corner of Gulf Blvd. and Walsingham Ave. which means no sitting in Gulf Front traffic! Walk 100 yards to the Famous Crabby Bills Restaurant or 5 minute drive to Salt Rock Grill, one of Floridaâs top 50 Restaurants. Your only 15 minutes from downtown Clearwater and only 25 minutes to downtown St. Petersburg. Tampa Bay airport is 25 minutes away while Clearwater/St. Pete airport is a short 20 minute drive. Busch Gardens is 45 minutes away and a 90 minute drive to Disney World and Universal Studios! It is a half hour drive to any of the major sporting events arenaâs such as Raymond James Field, Tropicana Stadium or Times Forum.
