Directly facing the Gulf on Indian Rocks Beach with 1300 sqft of luxury, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath ultra modern beach home offers every amenity needed. Looking out from the balcony or sitting by the pool and then a walk along the white sandy beaches, you'll be ready to escape to this home away from home.



This beautiful condo boasts all that you'll need for some rest and relaxation. Aside from the panoramic views, it offers a fully stocked kitchen for your meals, alongside a luxurious family room to relax and take in a movie after a relaxing dinner. Dining room seating for 4. We know you'll be ready to enjoy the amenities with a beautifully landscaped pool that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Sit poolside to bask in the sun or read a book and unwind.



Did we mention the location, that offers a quick walk to many restaurants, shops and entertainment. No need for a car!



Jet Skiing, Parasailing, Sky Diving, Scuba Diving, Fishing, Boating Tours, Dolphin Watching, Shell Collecting, Shopping, Miniature Golf, Bird Sanctuary, Walking the Pier, Treasure Island, Night Life, Take in your Favorite Movie, Incredible Dining. All this within 5-25 minutes to the North and to the South of this condo.



This retreat is located at the corner of Gulf Blvd. and Walsingham Ave. which means no sitting in Gulf Front traffic! Walk 100 yards to the Famous Crabby Bills Restaurant or 5 minute drive to Salt Rock Grill, one of Florida’s top 50 Restaurants. Your only 15 minutes from downtown Clearwater and only 25 minutes to downtown St. Petersburg. Tampa Bay airport is 25 minutes away while Clearwater/St. Pete airport is a short 20 minute drive. Busch Gardens is 45 minutes away and a 90 minute drive to Disney World and Universal Studios! It is a half hour drive to any of the major sporting events arena’s such as Raymond James Field, Tropicana Stadium or Times Forum.

We have stayed at several condos in IRB. This one was the best by far! The owner has thought of everything. It’s very well furnished and supplied. And you can’t beat the location! Highly recommend!!

Love the place! Beautiful location! Would definitely go back!We had a bit of misinformation when we got there. As far as where to park and how to unlock the door. That part is very tricky… instructions for the door said turn counterclockwise however it’s clockwise. The information said to look for the parking space under the building, so we looked all over, only to find that it is actually outside the building. I highly recommend this place! (please note, there is NO coffee pot! Only a Keurig.) This makes it difficult when you want multiple coffees in the morning!

Not as advertised. Broken chair. Rugs curled up. Broken folding door. No closet in master. No grab bars in shower. Was given wrong wi fi password. Balcony was dirty. Other closet was full of blankets, pillows, etc. Won' t be back.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. We did have one broken beach chair, which has since been replaced. The rugs simply needed to be straightened, and we’ve ensured they are properly secured. The folding door has been repaired to prevent any further issues. In the master bedroom, while there is no traditional closet, there is a dresser and a closet unit for guest storage. The information for the wifi is located on the living room table. The balcony is cleaned regularly, but we will review our process to ensure they meet expectations. We value guest feedback and continuously work to improve the experience for future stays. Great Condo is a Great Location

Sitting on the lanai watching the dolphins swim by along with the beautiful sunsets makes it well worth the price. The condo is well stocked with kitchen supplies and dishes. Pool and hot tub were clean however the hot tub was not working when we arrived and was not fixed in the 2 weeks we were there. We found the beach chairs and toys late in our stay as they were not listed as available with the unit. They were not clean and the storage locker was gross. We definitely would stay here again. We had a great time.
