Excellent location near markets and great restaurants, more of a local flavor. There is a large sign advertising the apartments with the address on it, so can locate the building. But the actual door (unmarked) and keypad to get in are to the left a little. A staff member met us to let us in. This is a newly renovated building, so it is very nice, but there was still some construction going on when we were there in April. They did not work after 5 nor on the weekend. There is a small 2 person lift next to the stairs. We had a few hiccups with not having an instruction book to reference and using European appliances, towel warmers, heaters and thermostats, one of 3 thermostats was not working properly, but the apartment stayed very cool. A welcome book would have been very useful and beneficial for guests and the owner that electric items were used properly. A few new construction items (toilet door handle fell off and thermostat issue) did occur. Once it was determined to use WhatsApp to communicate real time, Dylan made arrangements for repairman to come. Communication was good. The beds and linens were very comfortable, could use a shelf in the showers for shampoo etc. Great stay overall (would have been an excellent rating, without our little hiccups) excellent location.
