We felt like locals staying in this beautifully appointed home. The location was perfect for all our walking, dining and sightseeing. Second loft bedroom not appropriate for adults but fine for 8-15 year olds.

Old school french flat

The location is amazing, we easily traveled with the metro our entire stay. The views were unmatched, churches, city scape and the Eiffel tower. The property offered adequate amenties. Its on the 6th floor and has a 1 person lift and the loft was fine for 2 young adults but would not be appropriate for young children or older adults. We left their luggage in the main living area. With that said, we would definitely would stay again. It was a quite special place.

Not as advertised

Beautiful apt in best location in Paris. Perfect for a couple only. Advertised as 2 bedroom 2 bath. Second bedroom and shower (so small you can’t turn around in it) is reached via a ladder. The second toilet is on the main floor. Not sure if ladder is even legal but 2nd floor is a fire trap to be sure. If you’re a couple, you will Love it. It’s a real Parisian apt.

This was an amazing apartment. The views are literally unmatched. Location is absolutely perfect for all monuments, shopping and restaurants. Metro was convenient and easy. The apartment was great for a family but the loft had steep stairs and would not be appropriate for young children and older guests. It's on the 6th floor with a very small elevator. We took the stairs except when sending luggage up and down. The bathroom and kitchen we fine for our needs. It felt incredibly old parus and we enjoyed it immensely.

Family trip to Paris

Loved the location and set up of apartment! Great for walking to all sorts of sites and dining. The views are amazing. The “upstairs” worked well for our teenagers - needed to store their luggage on main floor due to the steepness of the ladder. Easy check in / out process. Communication with host and greeter was prompt and professional. Six flights of stairs were manageable & small elevator held 2 people and worked for getting luggage up and down. Very limited on supplies provided - needed to go buy shampoo , conditioner & soap. Apartment is a bit dusty and although the decor is charming there is just a lot Knick knacks on every surface. - making space cluttered.

Best ciews and location!

Fantastic location! Can’t beat the location or the view. Knew the property was dated when I booked, so that wasn’t a suprise. The elevator is nice, as thr apartment is on the sixth and seventh floors. Please note it is a one person elevator, so to fet my five family members and luggage up, or down, is a 10-15 minute process. It is not two full baths either. Two partial rolls of toilet paper, for five people, for three days, as well as only 6 towels, no hand towels or floor towel, was not enough. Overall great, as long as you know going in. No washing machine could be found either.

While a great location this apartment is very tired and in need of a significant overall update. The furniture, electrical, flooring and kitchen are all in need of renovation. In its current state it should not be advertised as a luxury apartment. The stairs up to the loft, the second bedroom, are very steep and hazardous. In addition the loft does not have a toilet which makes night time bathroom trips down the stairs down right scary. The apartment did not meet the expectations set by the advertising.

Terrible Management

Our check-in agent was over an hour late to meet us at the apartment-after multiple texts and calls to the agency and when he arrived, he trapped our luggage in the elevator. We were not able to get our luggage out of the elevator until we contacted the repairman the next morning. We contacted the management agency continually but had to resolve the issue on our own, not speaking the language and then had to fight to be repaid for the elevator repair as they did not respond to requests to meet the service men. Not only did we miss a day of our trip dealing with these issues, we were offered no apology or compensation. We were not issued extra key so our group could separate without one of us going to the lobby to let the others in. As well as we were not told the until did not have a washer or dryer. All in all I would never rent from this agency again.

Old school luxury! Beautiful views. Upstairs loft very hot for summer with no AC. No screens so mosquitoes were an issue.Shower and sink upstairs but too tiny to really use.

Heart of Paris

Great spot, great view(s) couldn’t expect a better staying at that time of the year in a quiet City of Love for a decent price. Do not hesitate, you will love enjoying balconies overlooking the whole city!

Spectacular Location

Ideally located near St. Germain, the metro and the RER (B) so easy to access from the airport. Views were spectacular! Will definitely stay here again
