Excellent place to stay.

The villa was gorgeous with plenty of space for my family and I. Great location, check in and out was an easy process. Will definitely book this place again.

Great vacation home near Universal

Our family had a great time at the property. Very spacious and the kids loved the game room and pool. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here in the future.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a great stay at this location. It was the perfect size and very well cared for. The host was extremely responsive to messages and helpful. The game room was a huge hit with the kids...they spent a lot of time in the evening using the room. Would gladly stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Great property. Super close to all theme parks. Supermarkets and outlets.Street is very quiet with friendly neighbours. Communication with host was exceptional, always replied promptly and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend this villa and hope to stay again.

Great Family House

We had a fantastic time at this house. It is definitely a house for family. The host Mario was fantastic he respond immediately. The pool and the game room were amazing and lots of fun. It is very close to all the local attractions Disney , universal, sea world. Great family house.

Awesome, clean home in nice area!

Home was extremely clean and had all the comforts of home. The couches were large and comfy, tvs in every room. My kids especially liked the pool and the pool table!! Would definitely stay there again! Plus, it was close to everything you needed!! A

Just what we needed for our trip!

Traveled from Hedgesville, WV for our oldest daughter’s all star cheer team. This was the perfect home away from home. Great location for where we needed to go (ESPN) for cheer, plus the parks. The pool and game room were also perfect entertainment for the kids while we needed some R&R from the busy schedule. Everything was clean, comfortable, and check in/check out instructions were clear and easy to follow. We all very much enjoyed our time here & have this saved for future trips to the area!

Great Location!

We had a lovely stay. The property is well located for parks, shopping, restaurants etc. Nice decor but could benefit from being slightly better equipped (clothes airer, pool towels & more kitchenware). Appreciated the extras such as coffee machine, ice maker etc. Great communication from the owner. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing home with an Amazing Host!

Celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary here! Mario, the host, had a bottle of wine for us and was very attentive to our needs! The home was immaculate! We will definitely be staying here every time we visit Kissimmee. Enjoyed the home so much that we skipped several theme parks to enjoy the pool, watch movies, and relax in this quiet neighborhood!

Family Holiday

We would definitely stop again at this villa, very clean & tidy & for us this was a fantastic location, supermarkets just round the corner, Universal was approx 20 minutes & Vineland premium outlets approx 15 minutes away. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Thanks for having us!

Very Nice Property

We brought 5 of our grandchildren for a weeks vacation. House is roomy and very clean. Could be stocked a little better, ie more towels (some for the pool) we made a bunch of popcorn but there was no big bowl. Fans would help as the AC is pre-set. Minor things. The game room is awesome!!!! Pool is nice. Would recommend this property!!!!!!

Fantastic Villa

We are just back from 10 nights in Marios beautiful villa. We have stayed in this villa community many times before but this was by far our favorite home in the area. It is clean, comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated and maintained. It has all the comforts of home and then some. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay as good as possible. We all loved the games room and pool area. The smart tvs in all the rooms were great. The sofas and beds were all extremely comfortable with great quality bedding. There were plenty of towels and pool towels for everyone and pool toys and inflatables for the kids too. This villa is definitely going to the top of our list and we will be sure to book it again the next time we are in Orlando!

Great location & Host & Home Size

We had a family group of seven and the home fit our needs to perfection and Mario (host) was super quick to respond and ensure all our needs were met. We needed help and Mario came over the next day to address our issue. Very helpful with recommendations of places to go, eat and v enjoy in the area. Pool was wonderful only recommendation to have heating option in the pool, but very managing to get in quick and enjoy! Hopeful to come back again would recommend this home in a heart beat.
