Enjoy the amenities of this exclusive complex including a swimming pool, grilling area, dock, BOAT SLIPS and UNDER 500 FEET TO the PRIVATE BEACH! Experience breathtaking sunsets every night! Go fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shell hunting & more! Restaurants and shops are within walking distance, along with beautiful Englewood Beach. Book now because it fills up fast! We have ANOTHER UNIT next door to rent if you have a party larger than 4!
More details.....King bed in main bedroom and queen bed in second bedroom. A fully stocked kitchen including Keurig, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, range, oven, full size refrigerator and freezer, full set of Tupperware and all of the utensils you may need.
There is a small shared space with a vacuum, iron, and broom should you need it.
There is also an onsite laundry room.

Location is everything! Short 5 minute walk to private beach with deeded access!! Excellent accommodations and parking and private swimming pool. Walking distance to several wonderful restaurants on the island - perfect for those who love the beach! Beach was never croulwded had a blast playing in the Gulf of Mexico⛱️🏝️🍹

Small Family Vacation
The property was perfect for our family of 3. Great location, within walking distance to all the great restaurants. The beach was across the street and beautiful. Loved all the little extras on sight(beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc…) The property manager was awesome and very attentive.

Great Location!
We had a great stay. Location is walking distance to restaurants and just across the street from the beach. The beach access is lined with pretty foliage and makes for pretty photos/video's. The restaurants are tasty with live music most nights. Beds were comfortable and furnishings stylish. Kitchen had everything we needed. Will stay again!

Convenient
Rental was new on market. We had a patio area next to walkway/drive and met many friendly people coming and going which we became friends with. Most will be back at same complex next year. Gulf beach is across the road about 200 yards and bay is at rear of building. Island Breeze consists of units on each side of road stretching from bay to gulf. All tenants share common areas like the docks, swimming pool and beach. Numerous gas grilles and patio furniture are scattered about. Everything is within walking distance….five restaurants, public beach, convenience store, pizza joint. Manasota Key wasn’t as busy as in years past due to Hurricane Ian which displaced many people. Numerous rentals are unoccupied due to ongoing repairs being done. Next year things should be back to normal. As expected, rental costs are rising due to the cost of repairs and rising insurance rates. We will be back to Island Breeze again next year and preferably years beyond that.

This property was purchased because of all of the community features, including the pool, docks, grill, and most importantly private beach access. It was a must have with its perfect location right next to the Key's newest breakfast, lunch, and dinner restaurant: Magnolias on the Bay.

Our property was designed by Melanie Martin of Orange Beach Alabama. From luxury fabrics to cool calming colors, every detail was hand selected with future guests in mind.
