Bring the boat to this luxurious newly painted beach house just steps from the ocean. Unwind with a cocktail in the jetted hot tub to the soothing sounds of the ocean. Water surrounds you on all sides in this spacious, 4-bedroom home. To the left, your view is the sea. To the right is kayakers or the fisherman’s paradise on Swan Lake with access to bay fishing. This is not your ordinary beach house. Deluxe upgrades await including fenced upper & lower decks, deluxe premium whole home water filtration system, an en-suite bathroom for each of the 3 master sized rooms plus a four bunk bed kids oasis, with hardwoods throughout, large flat screens in every room, granite, & gorgeous furniture. Every couple has plenty of private space with adjoining bathrooms to their oversized bedrooms with plenty of “extras”. Enjoy the new outdoor shower to wash off the sand, newly fenced and stained decks for the pets or kids, downstairs separately fenced including large gates to pull your boat or motorcycles inside, under the house, a grill and a fully equipped kitchen plus and an assortment of beach toys for your ultimate beach get away. Boat? Bring that along! We have plenty of room for your boat storage & are directly across the street from Swan Lake with bay access and access to several hidden boat ramps. Golf cart rental is mere steps from your front door for easy access. This home boasts great fishing, boating and kayaking access. We are sitting on a fishing gold mine!

Very nice and comfortable house. The house was extremely clean and well stocked for a short stay. We highly recommend this home if visiting Freeport.

The bunk room tv would not let us log onto our apps. There was dust under the orange recliner and an old dog toy under the couch. Otherwise the house was clean and the kitchen had all of the items we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. They never came to clean the hot tub or mow while we were there. We did enjoy the hot tub once we figured out how to turn the heat up.

Hi Debbie thank you for reviewing the property! We have installed new TVs in every room. I’m so sorry you weren’t able to log in, We updated so every TV is the same fire TV/smart TV and you should be able to scan the QR with your phone or use your log in to watch any of the brand new TVs that are in each room. We also installed a brand new grill that is a commercial park style grill which is in the ground. Mowing is twice a week in the summer and the hot tub is cleaned on Mondays and Thursdays. The hot tub is often cleaned and balanced off hours, like very early mornings, especially in the summer months. They don’t announce they are there, they just come in and clean/balance it. We are always available to send the pool guys, lawn guys or maintenance men we keep on staff if you ever need extra or if something is in need of attention, I make it my personal priority to offer the best in accommodations and am always available. Just let me know! All in all I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay and we welcome your group again anytime!

Father's Day Weekend Family Fun!!

Despite a miscommunication at check-in (between host and cleaning crew), Our family had a great stay. This property is spacious and updated with beautiful views and close to the beach. Will definitely stay again.

BEAUTIFULLY PERFECT BEACH GETAWAY

It was very close to the beach, the short walk was so nice to be able to go back and forth. They had nice high ceilings with plenty of space & a nice size hot tub. Grill was bigger than expected & great for s'mores. Plenty of fun beach toys to use & so nice to have the beach towels. Sunsets & Sunrises up on that porch was an absolutely BEAUTIFUL view on BOTH sides! Amazing get away spot for anyone who is wanting to relax at the Beach or the Lake!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house itself was excellent, incredibly comfortable, and provided a great setup for our large group. One of the absolute best features is the location—it is well within walking distance to the beach, making daily trips very easy. The property also included the vast majority of the listed amenities as described, and the host, Erica, was very responsive and attentive whenever we reached out.There were just a few minor maintenance and amenity details that could be improved:The Grill: We were disappointed to find that the barbecue grill did not have a gas tank installed. When we contacted Erica, we were told it would be an extra 50 charge just for the installation. Fortunately, they did allow us to use charcoal instead, so we were still able to cook outside, but the extra fee felt unnecessary for a listed amenity.Outdoor Space: The grass was quite overgrown and had not been mowed prior to our arrival. Additionally, some of the outdoor furniture had peeling paint and could use a bit of refreshing.Amenities for Groups: Since the house comfortably accommodates a large group, having a few more beach towels available would be a fantastic addition for future guests.Overall, it is a lovely home in a fantastic location with a great host. With a little more attention to yard care and clearer communication regarding the grill, this would easily be a flawless five-star experience. We would still gladly recommend it for a beach getaway!

Thank you for your detailed feedback regarding your recent stay. We're glad you enjoyed the house and found it comfortable for your large group. I want to address the specific concerns you raised: *Grill* The charge for the gas tank was set by the management company for same day delivery. We offer delivery but there is a charge for non emergency maintenance and this was their fee for a full tank delivery if you opted for the propane rather than charcoal grill. We provide a grill, but in the ocean environment cannot guarantee a gas or charcoal grill. When the gas tank was missing, a free charcoal grill was offered as an alternative. *Outdoor Space* We take pride in maintaining our property, and have twice a week service in the summer to ensure the lawn is well-kept (with added mosquito treatments). There is mostly hard space and grass is only for parking in any case. The house and all furniture was just painted. Our home is newly painted. Your suggestion for more beach towels is appreciated. We will consider this to improve bonus offerings for larger groups, offering any extra beach towels is a plus. Thank you once again for your considerable constructive comments. We are committed to making our home in Surfside the absolute best house and it sure is the cutest with thoughtful details and little extras for our guests beach get-aways! Beautiful beach house that met all our needs

My dad was celebrating his 94th birthday the week of thanksgiving and since he moved out of house, there’s no room for our family to stay when we visit. After hours of searching for a house to accommodate 12 people ages 4- 63, we found this one. Big open spacious living area with all my favorite colors and decor. I could see the beach from all the living area windows. Beautiful new sectional, additional chairs so we could all be together. Beds and bathrooms were perfect. Most generous with toiletries like soap, washing pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, everything we needed. Other beach houses offered 1 or none of each. Wish the weather had been warmer so we could have enjoy the huge area downstairs. Loved all of us being on one floor. If we need a house again in this area, we would definitely want to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach house with us.

The cabin was everything we could ask for and more. It was beautiful, spacious and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again. Erica was very responsive to every question I had. We had a great time.

We love Surfside Beach & our vacation home! A short walk to the beach is exactly what we need to rest and unwind from our daily lives running a plumbing company in the DFW area. You are surrounded by water & salty air; the ocean is in clear view from our balcony to the right & to the left is the lake. You are steps from the beach, less than a 1-minute walk. Surfside offers a quieter alternative to Galveston and we fell in love with this lovely beach community from the first time we stayed here. We love the golf cart scene. The fishing is great & the restaurant choices are wonderful too! We hope you enjoy our vacation home as much as we do.
