Located in the West Valley of Phoenix 15 minutes from Goodyear's Spring Training Facilities, 25 minutes from the lively Westgate district, NASCAR and State Farm Stadium. Our tastefully decorated, modern, custom home is your perfect home-away-from-home. With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, you'll have plenty of space to relax on the patio and unwind after a day in the valley of the sun!

Our home boasts the perfect setting for indoor-outdoor living - complete with a 6-hole mini golf area and charcoal BBQ grill! From the gourmet chef's kitchen to the cozy loft, you'll find that our home has it all! We have loads of hiking trails right outside our door as well as some of the Valley's finest golf courses just a short drive away so you'll surely find an activity that suits your needs.

**Please note, in an effort to stay with the HOA guidelines and to coincide with our own personal travel to the house, please inquire as to the dates that you would like to stay and we will promptly respond to your request. Thank you in advance and we hope to hear from you soon!!

There is a noise ordinance in our neighborhood, please be mindful with any music or other disturbances after 10pm. Quiet hours are 10pm to 5am daily.
Please remove your shoes upon entering home. On the morning of check-out remove bedding, leave on bedroom floor. Place used towels in laundry room

Perfect Stay for Spring Training Baseball

Wonderful house in a great family oriented neighborhood with great access to Major League Baseball spring training games. Only 15-30 minutes away from several training complexes. We loved it and would gladly return for another stay!

Our stay was exceptional. The home was impeccably clean and featured a modern design. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. With ample space, it easily accommodated our group of eight. Communication with the host was seamless, and the check-in process was effortless. Clean, spacious and modern

We had a great time visiting family in Verrado while staying at this lovely property. The house is spacious, beautifully appointed and very clean. The putting green out back was a lot of fun! The property managers were very responsive when we had questions or concerns and resolved our issue very quickly. I would definitely recommend this home and would gladly stay there again in the future.

Wonderful stay!

This home is everything the listing says. It was an incredibly clean, comfortable, and well kept home. Property managers were fabulous. We enjoyed our morning coffees and evening happy hours on the back patio while having a family putting contest. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the neighborhood, a quick drive or 10 min walk. We had a great hike at Skyline Regional Park. Only thing we wish we could change was a couple of rainy days, but we were still able to salvage part of the day with the sun. Very impressive home

Clean and in good location.

The place was very clean and well stocked. Good neighborhood. Cons: This is a two story house. Nowhere in the listing did I see this noted nor see it in the pictures. Quite a surprise when you have bad knees. Furniture is very uncomfortable. No TV's in the bedrooms.

We had a very nice stay. The home was very clean and well stocked. We were not able to use the pool or hot tub, as there was an issue with the access card for them. The owner did inform us that there might be a problem having access to the pool and hot tub a couple of weeks before our stay.

We love hosting because we have been blessed with wonderful guests, it allows us meet people from all over and make new friends. We love our home in Arizona and want to share it with others.

Arizona has so much to offer all year round and we want others to have an opportunity to enjoy it as much as we do, even in the summer.

We love tubing in the Salt River and seeing all the wild horses there. The wildlife zoo is close by and is so big! We like hiking and can do it every day just by walking out our door and going a few blocks to the hills. Golfing is high on our list and we are so close to the courses.

We live in Oregon part of the time and here in Arizona part of the time. Since our family is split, we get to enjoy both states!

This neighborhood is so friendly, the holidays here are just the best. Halloween is a full neighborhood party down all the streets, with cotton candy at one neighbors, a haunted "house" at another, everyone out of their houses giving away candy, treats and just enjoying seeing everyone. Christmas is filled with lights and displays. This neighborhood goes all out with decorations, inside and outside houses. Walking through the neighborhoods close to us and the festivities planned each year in the parks and towns just makes so many great memories.

There are so many parks, fields, biking and of course, the pool for everyone to enjoy. The neighbors are friendly, offer ideas of things to do, stand outside and have real conversations. It's relaxing and just a lot of fun.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We have a 6 hole putting green in our yard and we are on a corner lot with no one behind us. We can watch sunsets right from our house and I get to enjoy watching the sun rise with my morning coffee from my patio or living room.

Our house is conveniently located to so many venues and activities so it's easy to get around and find a variety of ways to be entertained.

Shopping is close enough to just hop in the car to grab whatever is needed and Costco is just across the freeway.
