Nouveau chalet construit en 2010!

Belle 6 chambre chalet golfe avant située à Orange Beach Alabama. Idéal pour les familles durant le printemps / été et neige oiseaux pendant l'automne / hiver.

Profitez panoramique, vue sur l'océan magnifique de l'intérieur et de votre terrasse couverte de 12 pieds dans ce tout nouveau chalet.

Il ya trois étages à cette propriété. Le niveau inférieur est réellement espace de vie extérieur. Le premier a le salon principal et deux chambres. Une avec 2 lits queen et une autre avec 2 lits jumeaux. Le niveau supérieur dispose de quatre chambres. On a un lit queen, deux ont lits king et le quatrième avec 2 lits superposés (double plus Twin et Twin plus du double). La location de la plage 17 couchages! The Beach House a beaucoup de stationnement extérieur. La moitié du niveau «inférieur» de la maison est un garage et l'autre moitié est vie en plein air. Il ya une zone à nettoyer les poissons pour les pêcheurs et les meubles de vie en plein air et de la zone de cuisson.

Ce chalet occupe un emplacement unique - une plage privée paisible à quelques minutes de marche des installations de divertissement, des restaurants et boutiques de cadeaux. Vous êtes à seulement 4 minutes en voiture des centres commerciaux et à seulement 7 minutes de l'Orange Beach bibliothèque, centre pour personnes âgées Citizen, le nouveau quart de mile de long État Fishing Pier et restaurants populaires supplémentaires. Beaucoup de plaisir et d'événements d'hiver intéressantes se produisent dans ce domaine et les communautés avoisinantes de Gulf Shores, Foley, Fairhope et Pensacola. Que vous aimiez tout simplement se détendre. l'écoute de l'océan et de regarder l'évolution des vagues, jouer au golf, la lecture, la marche, la cuisine, la pêche, de croisière, théâtre, aventures historiques ou la totalité de ce qui précède, vous trouverez ce chalet dans cette belle région côtière un endroit agréable pour passer le temps.

Awesome location and plenty of room for everyone!

We loved the beach being in our back yard! There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The only downside is the furniture should be upgraded to do justice to a property this nice and located right on the beach.

Great beach home for family time

This beach house is right on the water with outstanding views. Great beach access. The main floor has an open living space, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The upper floor has the other four bedrooms. We stayed here for Thanksgiving week and the kitchen was spacious for cooking large meals. Very pleased with this home and would stay here again.

Amazing!!!

We had the best time! The house was perfect! The location was perfect! The wifi was not good nor was the tvs and the channels. But we were there for the beach anyway so wasn't to big of a deal! We will for sure be booking again next year!!!

Location, location, location!

Great floor plan for our large, extended family! Walking out onto this low density beach directly from the bottom floor of the property made coming & going for all ages a little easier. The property is still under repair from Hurricane Sally, but it didn't diminish our use of or enjoyment of the property. The owner came over & introduced himself to us shortly after check in & was hands on for any issues we had. A deep cleaning of the unit alongside a handy man for a day would elevate this property to a 5 star.

Nice views

The views were nice. The towels were old and needs updating badly, also need to do a better job at cleaning. Some of the furniture was broken. A binder with info on the home would really help out, like the WiFi name and passcode, it took us awhile to figure out the name and passcode. Also list of what to do in the area or a visitors guide. Some recommendations on restaurants would be helpful as well. Our family had a great time but was expecting the home to be a lot nicer for the price we paid to rent it.

The beach house.

The property was perfect for our group. However, there were major problems. The bathroom ceiling leaked, there was a mildew problem because of this, the bunk bed slats were missing or broken. We fixed that problem. A kitchen cabinet door broke. The pocket door at the bottom of the stairs sticks closed. It was wonderfully close to the beach. I would suggest rugs at the doors.

You dont get what you pay for!

This rental needs repairs!The beds were to soft. There was black mold on ceilings ! The upstairs 4 bedrooms smelled bad and mildewed! The management did not give us the correct code to get in the door and had to wait on hold for 30 min to speak to someone about this issue! Never received the correct wifi code!

Nice place. View of the gulf is amazing

We liked the place. It fit our needs perfectly. We had people from 9 months old to 60 years old. Unfortunately, we had busted pipes on the ground level when we showed up. It's effect on us was no hot water in the kitchen. We called on the first day and it took 3 days to get someone out to fix it. (Had to call twice and by the second call another pipe had started leaking!) We were told that they would give us a $300 gift certificate for our trouble, but as now (the evening after checking out) they have not responded to our text about hoe to get it. We also asked for an early check in that day and could never get a response from them. The place was not that clean (found trash in different places of the house and some sticky surfaces) and the ice maker had roaches!! So I think the management company is not doing a good job. But, the house is wonderful and we had a great time anyway.

However, we're glad that once the pipes were thawed, we could get someone out to repair the busted pipes. We completely understand how frustrating this may have been and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. While our properties are on a routine pest control plan, we have contacted the appropriate departments. This has been done to ensure the freezer and overall cleanliness have been inspected and taken care of. We apologize greatly for your negative experience. We are glad we could come to a resolution and get a gift certificate emailed to you for a future stay. We look forward to hosting you for a flawless stay at one of our properties in Georgia, Florida, or Alabama or one of our 400+ properties in Tennessee.

Beyond dissappointed!!

We just returned from a week stay at this property, I could not be more disappointed! I was shocked at the condition and how poorly this property has been maintained! You would never know this house is only 4 or 5 years old. It was filthy on the inside-- bed linens were stained, comforters and pillows very dirty, every air vent was black all throughout the house-it looked like the air filter had NEVER been changed. Every wall and baseboard was either filthy from dirt or covered in marks and scuffs. There were even places on the wall where someone had attempted to wipe something off and they removed the paint. And the worst part was the horrid smell from dog/cat pee in the living room rug, it was worse than disgusting! Shower curtains had the pink/black soap scum mold on them as well. The washing machine was black--again, disgusting! The pots and pans in the kitchen were old and worn, I was afraid to use them. For the cost of this beach house, I would expect the property manager or owner to take better care of it. There really is no excuse for the dirty vents, animal pee smell, molded shower curtains, dirty linens and the like. I would have never rented this house had I known what it looked like on the inside! If the owner would paint the property, have it thoroughly cleaned, invest in some bed linens and shower curtain liners, replace the washing machine, throw away & replace the living room rugs & couch pillows- this would be a nice house. It is well laid out and very convenient, just poorly maintained and dirty.

Unprofessionally managed and maintained beach home

This place was awful; we won’t go back. Before I get into why, I have to mention the pros. The best part is the location. You can’t be more directly on the beach, fantastic. 5 minutes from Publix and other shopping, parking for 6 cars, 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The fully stocked kitchen, living and dining room open area is large enough for everyone. The AC is very strong. 2 decks are huge. The lower level has open air access to the beach, 2 grills; it could be a nice party space. Beach entrance has a handy hose. The downside is it’s a beat up old wreck of a house. The beds, sheets, blankets, pillows, mattresses, towels, furniture, carpet, kitchen items, shower curtains, etc, are old and shabby. Sleeping in the bed grossed me out. There were monster roaches. The grills are way too awful to even consider using. Several kitchen cabinets are broken. The furnace filters made me wretch. Worst of all, there is a huge structural mold problem, most evident in the downstairs bathroom, other places are patched or painted over. We also had a major issue checking in due to the terrible management company, Cabins For You. They were a huge hassle to deal with and seemed totally unconcerned with their guests. We called them more than 3 times regarding check in. Once after booking, once the day prior, early the day of check in, and several times after that. We fought our way through an elaborate phone tree and sat on hold for a long time before speaking to a human. All we were looking for was an answer to whether or not an early check in would be possible. The family members accompanying us had been traveling since 5am and arrived a little early, exhausted. We had a small child and a tired mom with a cold. We get it, the contractual check in time is 4pm. But we couldn’t get an answer, they just kept putting us off. At 4 pm, the door combo they gave us did not work. This required another 15-20 minutes to get to a human. When we finally entered, the place was absolute filth! That meant 15-20 minutes more to report this to a human. God bless the cleaning lady who showed up relatively quickly and did a nice job though it took 4+ hours, understandably. At 8:45 pm the 11 of us weary travelers got in. Adding acid to the burn, we had to call them, including phone tree hell and waiting, to learn the unit was ready. How did they compensate us for the ruined first day of our $6000+ rental? With a $250 cleaning refund. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!

Terrific location

Perfect location for a beach trip for our extended family. Right on the beach with a beautiful view from the balconies. A few things we noted that could be improved: bunk beds were missing some slats, bunk bed ladder wasn’t attached, and the HVAC vents could use a good cleaning. Overall, the house was nice, on a quiet side street and right on the beach!

Birthday at the beach

Everyone had a fantastic time at the Beach House. The stairs were a hassle for the elderly but nothing we could do about that. Observations and suggestions: If marketing a house this size for a large group, the refrigerator needs to be much larger capacity. And it would be nice to have a mini-fridge downstairs in the open/garage area. Have a binder in the unit with instructions on who to contact for issues, etc. Not just the check-in email. The house needs to be updated. Fresh paint, DEEP clean (fan blades, oven door cleaned, clean filter vents, etc.), new shower curtain rings, clean the drains in the tubs. We were standing in water when taking a shower until one of our family members (who happens to be a plumber) was able to pull tons of hair out of the drain. Simple fixes but the housekeeping crew should be doing this before next guests arrive. A bad, uncomfortable night's sleep can ruin a vacation. Everyone remembers a good night's sleep. Spend some money and get GOOD pillows, linens, bedcovers. The pillows were paper-thin, the bedspreads had holes. Beds were not the comfiest either. Most of the towels were fine but get rid of the old thin ones. These issues did not ruin or hamper our vacation at all. The house was great. The weather was perfect. We had a wonderful time.

Great Location

The booking, check in and check out process were all very easy & hassle free. The house itself is very nice, but could be nicer. It’s a bit run down, has old/dirty/broken furniture and the baths upstairs are slow to drain. However, the location is great and the tiki bar is awesome. The house is only a few steps away from the beach. We hung out at the tiki bar most of the time if we weren’t at the beach. It’s very close to restaurants and area attractions. All in all, I would recommend this beach house and will consider booking it again.

We had a great time! House worked out great for our family! Only issue was the internet was slow and at night difficult to watch movies of all the buffering! Other the that great place!

Amazing Beach House

Inside was nicer than expected. Cleaning crew was very thorough. Views were better than expected. Beach was closer and better than pictured. Covered decks bigger than expected. Lower level with tiki bar was used a lot more than we expected. A little cooler with gulf breeze and great views. Rails were great for sitting on stools looking out and watching kids playing in the sand. Also nice benches to sit on or put chairs on and look out without frying in the sun. Just left yesterday morning and everyone has been talking about the next visit!!! Definitely will be back. A/c worked great. Refrigerator good. Separate ice maker built into kitchen island was very nice. Great kitchen for cooking. Saved a bunch of money not going out to eat.

Didn't Know I Would Be Doing the Cleaning

Beautiful place and area. It's ashame the owner is letting it run down or they don't know whomever is the so-called cleaning crew is ripping them off. Note: When I arrived to the property I didn't need a door code...the front door was wide open. Thought maybe someone was there. No one around. Kitchen counters where dirty. Refrigerator still had food in it. Oven/range is filthy. Towels were still in the dryer. Ceiling fans are dirty, wasn't dusted anywhere in the property. Sand on the floors...etc. The "Cleaning Fee" should be given to me. The air vents haven't been wiped down in years. Mold has developed throughout the property. It's such a nice place to be letting it go down hill. Stains on bedspreads let's me know the owner don't care or doesn't know. If need be, I have photos to prove it. We made the best with what we had. Just be warn... the photos they show on the site must be more the 10 years ago; or longer.

NOT for Me

This property was accurately described by prior reviews which was helpful. The cleaners had done a nice job before our check in. What other reviews noted was that the property is a bit run down, the internet is in and out and the house needs a deep clean. The carpets are worn, walls scuffed, paint chipped, etc. Some of the beds upstairs are really lumpy. But, none of that is a big deterrent when the really cool part of this property is that you are several steps away from a gorgeous white beach. The caution, however, is in the management by #CabinsforYou (unclear if this is owner or management). We should have known something was amiss when the paperwork they wanted us to sign kept referring to a cabin in the mountains. By the time we had checked in, communication regarding anything related to this rental had essentially ceased. There were no instructions on check-out, no responses to messages and the pinnacle of their seemingly disinterest in their jobs was when on one night the smoke alarms begin to go off in the whole house indicating either a fire (which there was not) or a systemic failure. There was no ladder or step stool to address this ourselves. We messaged them, then called them twice. An answering service reassured us someone would quickly return our call and provide a solution. No One Ever Called and the alarms went off periodically all night long. If the owners can correct this apparent disinterest (or incompetence?) by management, this property will be a great find, especially if you want pet friendly. Of the 4 visits to the Gulf in the past 12 months, this was definitely the most disappointing.

Becky, we are saddened to hear your stay with us was disappointing, and we can understand how alarming it must have been to be woken up by the fire alarm on your vacation. In the midst of that, you were also having difficulty reaching us, and that is certainly unacceptable and concerning to us. We will address this with upper management, as this is not our standard, and we would never want our guests to feel uncared for. We truly appreciate your honest feedback, and we are so sorry for the experience. We would love to have the opportunity to host a more enjoyable stay for you in the future, as this is not the norm for us.

Great Property

House was in a great location, loved being right on the beach (especially with young kids!) Big enough that our multiple families that went had their own space and was open. Loved it and for sure will book for future stays!
