Relax and enjoy the beautiful Emerald waters from the comfort of your vacation home with windows all around! This spacious floor plan has 3 bedrooms plus 3 large bathrooms and a large bunk area, (1 King, 3 Queens, 3 Twins) Sleeps 11. Spacious large living space with a queen size sleeper sofa plus a recliner. A spacious dining area and bar.

Great place to stay

The condo was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed. Great location. Walk to the beach was easy. No long wait times for elevators. Suzie was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Family vacation with 4 generations.

The property was beautiful exactly as the listing. There was people watching for great granny. Family time around the kitchen and dinning for mom. Nightlife for the adults and water activities at the beach and pool for the kids. The condo had every amenity the we needed for a memorable family vacation.

Good place for your vacation

Very specious, kitchen had most of the utensils we needed, host was very nice, the pools and hot tubs were perfect.Thank you Suzie for letting us stay at your wonderful condo.We are definitely coming again.

Fun in PCB

The property was just as it was described through VRBO and accommodated our family nicely! Having a 3rd bathroom was great, especially having 2 teenage girls with us! The cleaning crew could have done a better job, but it was nothing that we couldn't live with for 5 days. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at the Grand Panama and would recommend it to our family and friends..

Great Spring Break Stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Condo was beautiful, well accommodating, and fully stocked for all your kitchen needs! Check-in and out was a breeze, as well as communication with the owner. We look forward to booking again, as it was one of our best experiences & stays in PCB. Book- you definitely won't regret it!

Fantastic 4th!

We really enjoyed this condo! Perfect location to watch the fireworks for the 4th! Plenty of room, very clean, beautiful place. No issues at all. Definitely recommend.

Family Vacation and Honeymoon

My daughter got married on Saturday and wanted the family to do the family Vacation with them. We looked for a place taht had 2 Master Bedrooms. This place had 2 Master Bedrooms plus enough room for the rest od our family. It was large enough for 7 adults.and room to spare. Wonderful appliances especially in house washer n dryer and ice maker. Plenty of storage and bathrooms all good.size. we really enjoyed it. The only downside were the slowness of the elevators going up or down and finding parking spacs in the parking garage. I have a dark vehicle and being in the garage kept my vehicle cooler.

Fall Family trip

Great location and easy access. Overall cleanliness was good except floors left feet dirty. Also, not a big deal but we did not have a pizza cutter after cooking several pizzas. Lol, we managed though. Pools and property were excellent. Owner was prompt when messaged about the ac temp and problem was resolved quick. Would stay again!!!

Lies about Damages

We stayed at this property 24-28 with had a whole family including babies. Host lied about damages to property nothing was damaged when we left the property. We cleaned the house, washed dishes as asked. Nothing was broken or out of place they didn’t send any photos or proof of damages which there were none. Never again have we had this issues when booking through any company.

Very fortunately for you, I cannot attach pictures to this review page. Fortunately for me, I suppose, I have documentation of all the damage, as well as witnesses on the record who saw it all first hand, which is why you will NEVER be welcome to rent from me or anyone at the resort again. I have many pictures of very stained & torn linens, stains on rugs, dirty dishes left all over the kitchen piled everywhere. CIGARETTES left on the dining room table!!! Anyone should have know that SMOKING IS ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED IN THE CONDO!!! Cigarette burns on indoor and outdoor furniture Trash was overflowed and all over plus it was left in all on the floor in the condo. I could go on...it was a HORRIBLE MESS! It was disgusting and took housekeeping 2 DAYS to clean it! I only wish I could post the pictures here.

Family vacation

Good location with plenty of room. Elevator wait times can be rough as with any condo in PCB during summer. Ice maker was broke. With a family you use a lot. No hairdryer in a 3 bed 3 bath condo. Wal-Mart had both. There was no check out staff in building 2 til after 10a. We left at 9a. Placed wrist bands and parking passes in seat of chair behind desk. Overall okay.

Great property great views and easy walk to beach

We stayed over spring break 2023 and would come back to this property again ! The location was perfect, our family felt safe , and condo was clean ! We loved waking up in the morning and going out on the balcony to have coffee with a fantastic view of the beach and even those sitting at the table were able to see the same great view ! The host was always within contact and we had no problems ! We tend to always stay beachside but since we booked so close to our trip we were out of luck ! When this property popped up I was so grateful because it really was as easy as staying beach side ! We were able to go back up midday and have lunch or lay the younger ones down for a nap and it was about five minutes from our beach spot back up to the condo (we probably waited longer for the elevator than it took for us to walk ) the condo was always at the perfect temperature (sometimes maybe even too cool after our sunburns !), plenty of kitchenware and assortment of many different things that we utilized ! My only con was that we didn’t stay longer !

Family Fun

Suzie is a great host. Her condo is amazing. Our stay was great. The condo is spacious and was very clean. The decor was very nice. I love that it was not beach theme items everywhere. It was just enough to make it feel like home and not a resort/hotel. My son loved the reclining sofa. The king bed was amazing! The view was surprisingly great not to be directly beachfront. The only downfall was the amount of noise from the street and tower 1. A lot of supercharged cars reving engines and blasting music all night and guests in tower 1 yelling downstairs or at people on their balconies in tower 2. That does not take away from the amazing stay me and my family had. Tower 2 pool is nice. Wish there were 2 hot tubs as the one that is available is quite small and people tend to sit at it for hours and no one else really could enjoy it. Tower 1 pool was too full for our liking. Not the best service at the tiki bar but that was fine too. Overall great experience. Will definitely return, as my family is already trying to work out schedules for our return trip!!

Review

So, the first thing when we get there the trundle bed had a non fitted sheet on it and there was body hair all over it. The door to trash can was broke when we got there. The ice make wouldn't work the while time we were there. The bathroom in hallway tub barley drained. And the worst thing was the thermostat. It was locked at 70 and would let us go any lower. That's terrible in itself. We pay over 2k for 4 nights and can't even set the air on what we want. Also the thermostat would go up on its own. Lole if we would put it on 70 when we went to bed it would be on 72 when we got up. So we would put it back to 70. A few hours later it would be charged again to 72. And when we all would leave to go wat or do something we would come back and it would be set on 76!!!! When you ate coming from outside where it is hot and the hallway and elevator where it's hot and you walk into your rental and I hot! That's not right and to control the thermostat and not the people staying there controlling it is wrong. Don't get me wrong the place was nice, it just needs some work on the thermostat, the cleaning, the hallway tub and ice maker and the garbage door . The cabinets could use an update as well.

Hello, and thank you for your feedback. I apologize for the housekeeping items that you referenced and have spoken with my cleaning company to correct those things. And to address the thermostat issues you mentioned, I do have a Nest controlled thermostat, which is the norm in rental homes, and it is very sensitive to heat/cold outside temps. The outside air and humidity will cause the thermostat to shift higher to accommodate that change in temp, for example keeping the balcony open for some time will cause adjustment by the Nest. I really wish that you had made me aware of the situation prior to the last day of your stay, I could have had someone check on it and I could have made the correction as needed. Also, I would have had housekeeping to make sure that you had what you needed for the beds ect. Thanks again for providing feedback and I truly apologize for your inconvenience.

We LOVE the Beach! And we fell in LOVE with PCB! The beaches and water here are beautiful like no other place on earth! There is an endless list of things to do and places to eat wonderful food here! Location is perfect. Western facing corner unit with windows in all rooms! Best of all -you are just across the street from the beach, avoiding the elevator crowds but have amazing views of the ocean from your unit! You are 1 flight of stairs away from the Tower 2 pool deck and gym too.
