Ce village de Key biscayne vient d’ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ© avec une nouvelle piscine Ă  dĂ©bordement et un bel environnement lumineux, y compris un parking privĂ© gratuit. L'appartement est complet avec de beaux meubles, cuisine complĂšte et plus. WIFI inclus. La chambre principale a un lit queen et la deuxiĂšme chambre avec un lit double et un lit simple. Un nouveau canapĂ©-lit permet de dormir confortablement jusqu'Ă  sept personnes. La piscine est Ă  quelques pas de cette unitĂ© au rez-de-chaussĂ©e. L'entrĂ©e privĂ©e de la plage se trouve Ă  un pĂątĂ© de maisons et comprend une salle de bains et une douche. Great condo and location

Really great family vacation. Loved the location with proximity to the beach and shopping- so walkable. Condo had everything we needed for our family of 5. Very nice cookware, as well!

Great place!

This was a perfect fit for our family of 5, and the location was wonderful. It’s on a quiet street, very close to the beach, and still within walking distance to restaurants. The apartment was clean and the host was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to spend some time on Key Biscayne.

Short walk to beach and restaurants

Walk to beach in 5 minutes and multiple restaurants within 5-15 minutes. Short drive to historic sites and Miami. Not your typical tourist destination as most people seemed local. Beautiful area.

Perfect location

This condo is in the perfect location, near the beach and near restaurants. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Key Biscayne is a beautiful safe town with laid back vibes. The condo was clean and cute and had everything we needed. Great for a small family.

Amazing location with short walk to popular Key Biscayne Beach. Just a short walk to The Ritz-Carlton. Condo was clean and I believe recently renovated. We would definitely stay again!!!

Perfect Paradise

Group of 4 stayed first week of May. Plenty of room for all. Home was clean, well stocked with necessities. Tastefully furnished. Nice quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. Nice pool and area for walking. Beach was beautiful. Short trip to downtown Miami. Owners were very accommodating. Will definitely recommend. 5 star stay!

Good location.

Great location. Tidy apartment but windows all open directly into parking lot if that is a problem - it wasn’t for us - super quiet windows. Parking was a tad difficult with construction workers using our designated for storing materials - but owner was able to get us another spot. All in all would rent again if in Key Biscayne.

Cannot get any better!!! Perfect Condo!!!

This place was absolutely amazing! It was the perfect location that was close to Downtown Miami but in a very safe neighborhood. The condo was so clean and up to date with all the furniture and decor. The beach was so easy to access and very family friendly. The Pool was alot better than expected and it was as if it was are own private pool. I honestly cannot say one thing bad about this property it was definitely an A+! Thank you so much for letting us become part of your paradise for a week. We loved it!

Miami Christmas vacation

The owners were great to work with. They were very responsive when we needed them. Their place is situated within walking distance to the beach. They supplied beach chairs, umbrellas and although we didn’t use them, sand toys for kids. The area was very safe and I felt comfortable for my teens to go out walking at night. Winn- Dixie is close by for groceries and other restaurants if you choose to eat out. There is a washer and dryer, which was nice to have in the room. Parking was tight, but that goes for everywhere in the area. You do have 2 spots available to park. We had a fun vacation- thanks!

Nice place on Key Biscayne

Very clean, bed (at least the one I used) was very comfortable. A longer walk to the water than we anticipated - the area is very built up with condos, etc. We had hoped to go walking each evening after doing business during the day. It's a great area to walk around, but hard to get to see the water. It's close to a park that is really nice with bike and walking trails. We were a bit disappointed at 3 nights without AC. We contacted the owner the 2nd days but he was unable to get the technician to fix it. There's a pool that's nice - we did not go in, but enjoyed sitting next to it.

As comfortable as home

We had a wonderful 5 day stay in this condo. The level of comfort was like being at a friend's home. Everything we needed was there and beautifully organized from salt shakers to wine openers and extra beach towels. We walked to the lovely beach access where we found public restrooms and showers as well as a field for kicking soccer balls or throwing the frisbee. We walked on the beach and read underneath the palm trees in the adirondack chairs provided. Our son enjoyed the condo pool, again nice and private. The kitchen deserves special mention as it is a splendid place for entertaining as well as just preparing a meal. It was easy to walk to the grocery and nearby restaurants and fantastic to leave the car behind. My husband rented a Hobie Cat sailboat on nearby Virginia Key and enjoyed a good meal at the Rusty Pelican. You will love the place whether you stay in or seek adventures!

Great Decision!

We were going back and forth between a few different condos in this area. We actually decided to go with this one because it was way more budget friendly. And boy am I glad we did! This property has it all. Close to beach and pool was just right down the hall. The pictures really don't do this condo justice (inside and out). I highly recommend!

Island Paradise

My friends and I had a great time on Key Biscayne and in Miami. The property itself is in a great location, walking distance to beach, shops, grocery, and restaurants. The island is peaceful and beautiful to spend walking everywhere! The location is also quiet at the property and even walking throughout the island. If traveling off the island frequently, it is definitely recommended to have a car as ubers and rideshares are pricey and can take a while waiting. Communication was easy through the app and owners called to check in on us a couple days in. Will need your own beach towels and toiletries-a quick pick up at the shops. Other than that, the a/c had a hard time keeping up during the day, but at night it was fine. Everything we needed was there and available to make our stay enjoyable for the week. Would book again if returning to Key Biscayne/Miami area.

Perfection in Key Biscayne

This lovely condo is situated close to the beach, shopping and parks in quiet Key Biscayne. Our family enjoyed the beautifully decorated and very comfortable condo. The owners were very welcoming, responded quickly and were excellent hosts. Having beach chairs available was outstanding. We took advantage of the beaches, walkable quiet neighborhood and restaurants in Key Biscayne. It was a great stay and we rested well in the soft comfortable beds. We wish we had more time there!!!

The Village of Key Biscayne has a perfect location, close to the Airport, Downtown etc. But the best is the beauty and relaxing atmosphere of this island that its very hard to find anywhere else.

This building is unique. Small and cozy that makes it more appealing and enjoyable. It really feels like home.
The pool and building have been remodeled.
