Very Spacious & Clean Townhouse. Close to the Pool. Stores & restaurants nearby. Took us 30-40 min to get to Disney depending on traffic.

Definitely recommend

We loved staying in this spacious property. It was an ideal location to Disney but a little bit further for universal, still within an hour though. Would definitely recommend and stay there again if we visit in the future.

Regal Palms Resort

Had plenty of space for the 6 of us. The pool was a highlight for the kids. Location was an easy drive to Universal for us. Would book again if we were in the Central Florida area

Great central Florida vaca

Spent 8 days in central Florida was great, close enough to Disney and universal but far enough away from hustle and bustle of Orlando was minutes away from Kissimmee restaurants was a nice quiet neighborhood. Con would be central Florida traffic.

Great condo. Super easy to come and go from the property!

Great condo. It is located straight from the entrance, which makes it easy to come and go. My only complaint is I wish we could have used the pool while we waited for our condo to be ready, However Regal Palms stated we had to wait until our checkin. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!

This home was absolutely perfect! We took our boys to Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios and the drive to and from was easy and it was great to come home to a comfortable home every evening and have a kitchen each morning to make breakfast before we left.

Needed some work. Furniture needed cleaning in living room. Light bulbs needed replacing in places. Master bedroom deck and chairs need cleaning. On a positive note the kitchen was fully stocked and clean. The beds were comfortable.

Lovely

The condo was beautiful decorated, clean and spacious. My kids enjoyed the lazy river and waterslide. There is quite heavy traffic to Disney and Universal, so be prepared for that. For us it was worth the drive. A quiet neighborhood and the condo was well stocked with anything you could need. Check in was quick and easy. We would definitely stay again.

Comfortable, clean, and modern

We've stayed at Regal Palms several times and this is one of the best units we've booked. It was comfortable and VERY clean! Everything was as described, and the communication leading up to and during our stay was seamless! The resort has a great pool area, amazing drinks served at the tiki bar, an ice cream shop, and a restaurant with great pub-style food! We spent two days just relaxing at the resort! Very nice atmosphere. The location is great: groceries and restaurants are a two-minute drive and theme parks are only 20-30 minutes away.

Comfort Away From Home

Check in and communication was easy for our stay. The house is layed out well. It was comfortable and clean. I had one plumbing concern and it was taken care of immediately by property management and the owner was prompt to also reply. I would definitely recommend staying at this home with family or friends. It was a straight shot in from the gate and very close to all of the amenities.
