Our missions of servicing our guests are: Cleanliness and Readiness. Our cleaning crew thoroughly sanitize and refresh the home at each Checkout. we are committed to be available 24/7 for our guest for any questions or concerns.

Great little house

Me and my wife loved the house and would definitely stay here again. We loved the location of the house and the distance to all of the places we wanted to go. This place could easily sleep 7 to 8 people and we loved that it had two bathrooms. Very easy to get in and out of the place with the smart lock.

Home in Wilmington

We came into town for our grandson/great-grandson’s 2nd birthday. We weren’t at the house a lot as we were only there a few nights and busy with family. Mainly at the house in the evenings.

Three brothers fishing

We wanted a clean and comfortable home to stay in while we went fishing. This place was all of those and close enough to the beach. It was about 5 minutes from the beach but we didn't have to deal with beach traffic all the time. Thank you and we will be back for our next trip

Dream home away from home

This was our first experience renting a vacation home and this home was just amazing! We were so happy with our choice. The home was more beautiful and comfortable than we had hoped. We were visiting family in the area and we all felt like we were at home. The house was exceptionally clean and extremely well stocked!!! The kitchen was amazing and we enjoyed cooking together. Nice and great location

It was a nice little cozy house not far from Carolina Beach in a quiet area. It felt like i was at home with the family. Although the a/c wouldn't cool the house down below 75°, and there was about 4 yellow jacket nest around the front and side entrances. Them was my only two issues.

Thanksgiving vacation 2024

House was adequate for our needs. Loved that it was one level. Memory foam mattresses were comfortable. Kitchen had what we needed to fix the sides we were taking to our family get together. I had brought my dishes to transport the food. The only thing I would have preferred was that the toilets be the taller style. My husband has had both knees & a hip replaced. The shorter toilets made it a little harder for him to stand up.

the guest was always has concerns about the neighbors since the begining. She asked for a map of the neighborhood, and asked if i know everyone in the neighborhood. my property is very well positioned from the neighbors houses. its on a 0.5 acres land, and the house is in the center of the land.

Great 10 min location to Carolina beach. The house needs updating. There were a few spiders found when we first arrived, and a bees nest by the front door roof. It didn’t feel as clean as the pictures showed. Neighborhood was just ok. Not a noisy neighborhood but location wasn’t as nice as I had hoped.

Pretty good for the most part

I struggled with how to leave this review. I've always had excellent experiences with rentals from VRBO and this one was still very good, just a couple things that I wasn't happy with. The owner had great communication and was very helpful. The house could use some updating, but that wasn't a big deal. The only issue I had was that the air conditioning started making a very loud noise and stopped blowing out cold air which made the house hot. I contacted the owner who said he would send someone out and let us know about 45 minutes to an hour before the technician was there. I asked him if one of us needed to be at the house when they came because we were only there for a couple days and had plans to go out and enjoy our weekend at the beach. He said yes and I explained to him that we might be done with what we were doing for the night and make it back in time for the technician. Well, nobody showed up and at around 11pm the owner had told me that he wasn't sure when they were coming out and if they didn't answer by midnight he would send someone out first thing in the morning. The morning came and he never said anything and we left around 10:30 to go to the beach for the day. I told the owner we would be at the beach all day and wouldn't be able to come back since it was our last day at the beach and we wanted to enjoy our time there. We didn't want to wait at the house on a repairman for however long. He told me they would be there between 3pm and 5pm and I said ok because I figured by that time we would probably we almost done at the beach and headed home. At noon he messaged me and said the technician was on his way. I told him we wouldn't be there and we didn't plan to leave the beach yet. He said someone had to be there. I asked him if he would just let the technician in. He said no, that he wasn't responsible for missing items. I told him we had our valuables with us and we weren't concerned about anything they might be able to steal if they wanted, but he still said no. I asked if he could go there and he said he lives 4 hours away. I told him we wouldn't be there when the technician got there as we were still on the beach. I was disappointed that he didn't have someone to help manage the property for him since he lives so far away and that he expects his renters who are on vacation to wait around at the house on repairs when they're trying to enjoy their time there. I've never had that kind of experience with an owner before.

Dear Guest, The AC has been repaired and running since the day Jesica Checkout. Unfortunately, The problem could not be fixed during their stay due to the AC tech could not enter when he arrived at the address. Per VRBO's Guidelines, the booking guest or someone from their party must be at the house for any maintenance activity, or for a property management personnel entering the property. We can confirmed that with VRBO. The issue happened during the Memorial Day weekend, I did my best to get a tech scheduled ASAP. I stayed up until 1-2 am for the tech to call, but no one every called back from the AC company. The next morning, I message Jesica around 9 am to let her know that a tech would be coming out around 2-3pm. However, the tech was the only one working at that time, and he happened to showed up 2 hours early, 11 to 2 pm. So, I message the guest right away and provided an hour lead time. I even had VRBO to called the guest. I understood that the guest wanted to enjoy their vacation. But, in this situation, my team or myself couldn't enter the house without the guest's present. It ended up in a negative way that no one would be satisfied. the bright side is the AC has been repaired and running.
