Coastal Waters is a classic 1950s Florida vintage hotel. Coastal Waters consists of 3 buildings with three floors.

It was recently converted to condos in January of 2021. The property has been modernized and updated with super-fast WIFI, a new heated pool, extended gas line to the grill area so no more propane tanks and digital wifi enabled door locks to provide easy access and simple contactless check in!

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.

Perfect Getaway

This place was the perfect stay for us. The room as clean, there were plenty of towels and dishes, you can reach the staff by text, and most importantly it was right on the beach!! We could not have been happier with our stay and we will definitely be returning!

Nice place for a quick trip

Easy and convenient place for a small family. Only trouble we had were the sheets did not fit the bed very well. Small price for a weekend at the beach.

1st time in NSB, not the last!

This property was perfect for me and my son. Centrally located with easy beach access. The only complaint is the unit needs some minor updates (pics are from a while ago).

Beach town get away

Property well maintained. Tony was most helpful. Because it is a beach town and removed from most popular hotspots, you will require a vehicle to get around. Beautiful beach. Miles and miles of white sand

Great value

The location and the beach access is great. The building is older. There was no elevator. But
 it’s also nice and quiet. Would stay again. :)

Baseball Tournament

The room was filthy. There was sand, trash, and food under every piece of furniture. We needed more toilet paper and housekeeping never came to drop more off. The pull out couch had throw up and pee stains all over. Parking was horrible too. There is two small lots, but not enough parking for everyone in the condo. Beware of the good reviews for this property.

1st time in NSB

The property is in a good location, not far from many restaurants. Property manager was easy to communicate with. Only suggestion is to make small upgrades/improvements. Pictures of the property are outdated. There are a few things that can be fixed.

Decent place close to the beach

We needed a place for a couple days and this place worked fine for us, but I had to give it a low rating for cleanliness. The bathroom and kitchen were not properly cleaned. And there was a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. The bedspreads were stained. With some attention this would be a decent place.

Good experience

The service and communication with the hosts was fantastic. The pool area and proximity to the ocean were great. There are a lot of stores and restaurants close by. The condo itself was very clean but left a little bit to be desired. The renovations that had been done were pretty low budget and it looked much better in the pictures. There was only the very basic necessities provided in the kitchen and not enough towels for the beach or bathroom. All in all a good experience but would probably choose a different unit if we went back.

Not what we expected

Where to start... - condo was smaller than expected - dirty dishes and accessories in the drawers not cleaned - no ice maker in the freezer - humidity in the room was terrible, nothing dried ever - drawers in master were crap (old and falling apart) - condo had a loud party most nights - no towel racks (or they had fallen off and were under the sink) - condo came with only a roll of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels, we had to buy more to get thru the week - no dishwasher or dish soap (we had to buy that too) - NO ELEVATOR!!!!! - no one seemed to work to property, it seemed we were just on our own from arrival til we left Overall, this place was subpar... for the price we paid you would think simple amenities would be included.

Old motel

This is just an old motel with the bare minimum down to "update" the rooms. The furniture was stained, the mirror in the bedroom had paint all over it, the outlets had too many things plugged in with the cords exposed or hanging. It looked like housecleaning must just sweep and clean the bathroom because there was dust caked on the ceiling fan, dust under the beds, it looked like something had been spilled on the backboard of the bed, and one dresser had sand all over the top.Shortly after checking in I noticed the sheets and blankets were stained on both beds so I sent a text requesting fresh sheets. I was told housekeeping was washing sheets but it would be a few hours. A few hours later we were brought sheets straight from Walmart that still had the cardboard in them and everything. They were new but smelled like a musty store since they had never been washed. The location was great so I would have been able to overlook the false advertising as far as things being updated goes, but a place that feels dirty is not something I can ignore.

The location was beautiful area clean people were friendly access to restaurants amusement parks and the beach Couldn’t ask for a better place I also had to make a few changes to my reservation when I contacted them they personally called me people were awesome the rooms were very clean
