what a wonderful surprise.. this place was so great.. I thought is was more of a public fishing ground and it was private so well maintained and well done...the bed was so comfortable and there were peacocks roaming the grounds... I don't know if that is supposed to be a secret we would love to come back.. our kids are in Palatka and this was our favorite "get away"

Quaint little cottage

This little cottage was perfect for what we need they also had a dock so we could keep our boat in the water I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a peaceful getaway

Rest and recovery

My husband brought me down here to recover from a knee injury, just peace and quiet, far from stress, it was a perfect little cottage, John was great, always there to make sure are stay was great, loved the golf cart, we used it everyday to go to the dock House was clean, would stay here again

Absolutely Amazing.

This was a great little Cabin. Conveniently located to restaurants, nestled into the woods to nice and quiet. Cabins clean, comfortable and cozy. 5 stars rental!

Relaxing

Wife and I spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The cabin has everything you need and is tastefully decorated. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the dock and catching a variety of fish. John and Linda are excellent hosts.

Perfect getaway

This little cottage is perfect! It has everything you need with a little kitchen, laundry available onsite, a beautiful screened porch, and a short walk to a beautiful dock on the river. The sunsets are beautiful! The owner was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Second stay

This was our second stay in the cottage. Beautifully kept with a cozy fire pit. John is very knowledgeable about the area and the nearby springs. We kayaked in Salt Springs with dozens of manatees! We will certainly stop in again for a few days! Thank you, John and Linda for your hospitality!!

We will be back

Everything went great. John is a great host and their property is beautiful. There are 3 boat ramps within a mile to use for backing the boat in the water, and John allows use of his dock if needed. This place is very new, well kept, and clean. We will definitely be back to stay again!

A quiet get away

The little cottage was adorable. Very well equipped with everything you might need. John was an amazing host, always ready to help. He let us use his gulf cart and had the fire pit ready to go. The fishing pier was so nice. Unfortunately my husband had some deteriorating health issues that sent us home early. I would love to return when he is in better health! Would definitely recommend!
