The Ollie Vee is located on a quiet cul-de-sac of 4 homes. Trees dripping with Spanish moss, wandering wild turkeys, a pair of nearby eagles, and a view of Crescent Lake complete the mood. The "meow" call of the local peacocks is heard throughout the neighborhood.... with a few sometimes roosting in the trees in the yard. The house is just a short walk to restaurants and city boat ramp. Looking for a peaceful place?
The Ollie Vee is it.

The Ollie Vee is a very simple and cozy home. I have tried to equip The Ollie Vee with anything you may need. The yard is kept natural to attract the local peacocks and wild turkeys. Remember, this is Florida. You will come across bugs and reptiles.

If you plan to bring a boat on a trailer... be aware there is no turn around at the property. There is plenty of room to park your boat and trailer but you will probably need to back down the street.... a distance of @300 feet.

Perfect quiet location

We had an excellent stay at this location. Property owner was available for anything…but we needed nothing!.Clean, comfortable, and centrally located for our plans!

Perfect Fit for Four

This sweet, “old Florida” style home was perfect for our long weekend visit to Crescent City. All the necessary amenities are included, and the beds are quite comfortable. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great Stay!

I stayed at this property for my best friend’s wedding, and it was one of the best VRBO experiences I’ve had! The host was incredibly accommodating, and there were so many thoughtful personal touches throughout. The house was spotless and truly a hidden gem! It’s a perfect spot for anyone attending nearby weddings. A huge thank you to Melissa for being such a wonderful host!

Very cool old style Florida home with great views of the lake. Peacocks & turkeys running around. House is well equipt for your stay. Very quiet area. We will be back in the fall!

Beautiful home

We loved the home and location, the peacocks and wild turkeys roaming the neighborhood. It was very peaceful and exactly what was needed. The home had everything you would need and was well equipped with amenities. Thank you for a wonderful stay away from home!

The Ollie Vee

This was a great house, in a quiet spot close enough to see water from the sun room. Went for a week of fishing and enjoyed the entire time close to the public boat ramp and close to good food at the local restaurant. Will definitely be returning in the future

Roaches. Very little parking, enough for 1 vehicle. Not pet friendly. Thankfully we decided not to bring dog. Cant be left alone and not allowed on furniture.

I'm very disappointed and surprised in your review. I asked you if everything was good at the house and you replied "All is good. Thank you." There are not roaches in the house. Yes, there are palmetto bugs which are common in Florida that get inside. But they are not an indication of a dirty house. Concerning the pet friendliness of the house. The house is very pet friendly. I provide food bowls, toys, treats,and blankets if you decide to have your pet on the sofa with you. We also installed laminate bamboo flooring for the inevitable pet accident. You never asked me about leaving your pet alone in the house. Concerning parking at the house..I'm not even sure how to address that. There is plenty of parking at the house. I always address every issue that a guest brings up immediately . I'm happy to say issues come up very rarely. I checked in with you and nothing was mentioned about parking, bugs or anything else. You were a good guest. You followed all house rules and I very much appreciate that.
