Beautiful 2021 Beach Home- summer openings!

Come enjoy our brand new beautiful beach house built in 2021!. Our house is centrally located: 10 minute walk from the beach/Kid's Corner (2 min golf cart ride) and a 10-15 minute walk to South Haven's downtown area with shops and restaurants (2 min golf cart ride!)

Our beach home provides:

- 4 bedrooms
Bedroom 1- on main level, one queen bed, full bathroom attached with stand up shower
Bedroom 2- on second floor, one queen bed
Bedroom 3- on second level, bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, and one trundle (bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom with a tub/shower
Bedroom 4- in basement with tons of natural light, one queen bed, plus a twin and trundle, also has its own full bathroom with tub/shower

- 3.5 bathrooms total
- Designated kids' room with bunks, toys, games, etc.
- Open concept kitchen with large island with seating
- Outdoor patio with grill and outdoor seating
- Beach and outdoor toys, beach chairs, floats, etc.

Clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Quick drive (or golf cart ride) to town or the beach. Unexpected bonus is that the house is on the parade route for the town’s famous blueberry festival!!

Great place for our annual friends get together

The place was perfect for our group. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and extras. Eight adults were in for a long weekend and had plenty of room and the location was walkable to beach and downtown. Host responded quickly to messages.

Fun girls getaway

We had a fun and relaxing time in South Haven. The home was very nice and spacious and nicely decorated. The bedrooms were great and would work well for a bigger group too. We could walk to the beach and the downtown as well

Girls Weekend

Our group of 9 had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and comfortable
 the pictures don’t do it justice! There was plenty of room and we never felt cramped. We were able to walk to town with ease. The host was great to communicate with and very accommodating. Would highly recommend and not hesitate to come back to Barefoot Haven. No complaints at all! Thank you so much!

Barefoot Haven was hands down our best experience with VRBO! Accommodations were 5 Star! House was well thought out, spotless with great amenities! Beds were so comfortable! Kitchen was well stocked! Golf Cart was a fun bonus! Highly recommend so close to South Beach and town! Wonderful week would definitely revisit!

Enjoyed our stay for holiday week! Brought our family and had plenty of room for everyone! Bunk room was hit with all the toys and books. Utilized the golf cart for beach, dinners, etc. Easy walk to downtown!

Fabulous Family Vacation

Everything about the home was lovely. From the welcome gift to the golf cart it was perfect. The layout of the house worked well for our family. Having a full bath on each of the three floors was very helpful. The extra long driveway provided plenty of room for our cars and the golf cart. Thank you for the good memories.

Such a fun girls trip in the perfect home

Traveled with my 4 best girlfriends and stayed for 2 nights in this truly lovely home. Very clean and welcoming. The welcome card and gift was such a nice touch. So many amenities that we barely had to bring anything with us to make for the perfect beach day. Michaela was very responsive when I had emailed with questions. Great location, close to beach and downtown. We loved the decor and the kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. Will definitely be back!

Siblings Getaway

This property was very clean and well stocked. The book with check in and check out instructions was easy to follow and helpful. We appreciated the cozy throws in the living room since it was a little chilly during our visit. Our host was very responsive and kind. All in all, we felt very welcome and comfortable during our stay.

Lovely new Home close to beach, downtown, Catholic Church

Michaela was very responsive . The property was clean w many amenities for our family including, books, toys and movies for kids, pots and pans, propane gas grill , etc.. life jackets , paddle board and kayak along with beach chairs in shed. Golf cart is a must have for a 2 minute drive to beach or to the downtown shopping area . We were happy to see St. Basil Catholic Church was also a close by 2 minutes cart drive. We would come back to this exact same location without a doubt

Great escape!

The house was beautiful and perfect for the 10 of us! Everything we needed (except food) was made available, including a golf cart which we rented. The kids loved riding to the beach in it! And the property manager was excellent! I highly recommend this property!

Best House We’ve Stayed In

We absolutely loved this house. We went as a group of 9, and everybody had their own space. The remodel is beautiful, they’ve thought of everything, and we just had the best time. We started planning our next stay immediately after leaving. Highly recommend!

Quick fall break trip

We came with another family and had 4 adults and 6 kids. The house was perfect for our families. The kids loved the bunk room. We loved how there was games and toys for the kids as well. Plenty of space for all of us. location was great as well. Wish we had more time to stay but hope to come back in the warmer months and enjoy the beach

Immaculate home in a beautiful town

This is such a beautiful and spacious home. It was more than enough room for our family of four. The kids loved the bunk room and the big kitchen was awesome for mealtime. We also rented the golf cart and had lots of fun with that. We were in South Haven for the third time and love beautiful south beach and the charm of downtown so much. We came during the blueberry festival which definitely made things more crowded, but it is fun to experience. The unexpected highlight was the blueberry fest parade. We had no idea the parade route would go by each end of the street this property is on! The kids had so much fun setting up chairs (provided in the shed) and watching the parade - then running to the other end of the street to see the parade go the other way! Everyone is so friendly and lots of candy! The host is so quick to respond to any questions and we had a wonderful stay.

This property was awesome! Fresh, clean, newly renovated! We loved the golf cart and the proximity to downtown South Haven. Highly recommend! Can’t say enough about the wonderful experience we had. The homeowner also was super friendly, helpful, and responsive to our questions - and provided some great recommendations for things to do and places to eat!

Great short summer stay.

This property is a new build in the last two years. It had new appliances and very tasteful interior decor. There is a patio in front with two rocking chairs and a small patio out back with a firepit that is nice in the evening. The location of the property is a bit south of the city and the neighborhood is quiet other than new construction close by (across the street). There is a smaller sitting area on the main floor, a nice large kitchen table for meals and games, and a kitchen that is well equipped. The property comes with bikes that you can use to get around, but have seen some years of use. It also comes with a large cooler, beach chairs, some pool toys, and children's games. Bathrooms where perfect for the location with 2.5 bathrooms in the hone. For my family of four, it was a great option for a short vacation. I think it may be a bit cramped for 8-10 people.

Great Family Friendly Home in South Haven

Excellent home for a family friendly vacation in South Haven. Home was very clean and well taken care of. It is a new build and comes with all the great amenities that you’d expect from a newer house. Within walking distance to south beach and the downtown area, which is everything you’d want. Host was quick to reply and help with all our requests. We had a great stay.

In order to make coming here frequently a possibility we decided to jump head first into a rental to give us and other families a place to stay and it has been SO much fun! We love making our home feel like yours and providing you with everything you could possibly need/want to have a relaxing and enjoyable time in South Haven!

We chose this home to purchase because it was brand new and it allowed us to feel secure about the condition of the home since we live so far away. We loved how close it was to the downtown are and the beach/kids corner. We also felt that three bedrooms as perfect for making one room a designated kids bunk room.
