Our newly remodeled industrial/ farmhouse style tiny cottage offers a stress free tranquil retreat in the heart of Alden , NY, the original location of the Historic Black Water Baths. Our tiny 256 square ft. cottage is perfect getaway for 2. It's still comfortable for 4 if traveling with small children. The additional space in the lofted area has a full size futon mattress.
Your hosts own a spa and wellness center across the street that allows you to enhance your stay with a variety of unique spa retreat experiences to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, a girls get away, or just a quiet night alone for self care away from your busy life. Indulge yourself in spa services such as Massage, Facials, Body Scrubs & Infared Sauna, all provided by Escential Care Spa & Wellness located directly across the street in a beautiful historical Victorian home setting.
Your hosts are on site to assist you during your stay with any additional amenities or needs you may have. Additional amenities include use of Washer/dryer, and spacious accessible parking.
Our unique town is host to many home-town amenities such as a Park, Walking Trails, Local shops, & Restaurants all in walking distance. Alden NY is located 28 miles East of Buffalo NY (BUF) & 58 miles South of Rochester NY (ROC). Less than an hour away from the majestic Niagara Falls NY & Canada. Also within an hour you'll find Letchworth State Park, Six Flags Darien Lake Amusement Park, Kissing Bridge & Holiday Valley Ski Resorts, Canalside, Buffalo Botanical Gardens, Albright-Knox as well as our Sports teams and many Music Venues.

The hosts are very nice and considerate people, definitely a cozy cottage, we stayed for 6 nights and loved it. Awesome bed! Will use it again when visiting the western NY area.

This was one of the cutest and most well-equipped homes I’ve ever stayed in! Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and the space had such a cozy charm. The wife and I needed a place to stay while in town for a concert at Darien Lake, and this quaint little cottage was perfect for our needs. Very clean and well kept. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town.

The cottage was cozy and very welcoming. The bed was super comfy and the shower had lots of hot water. Plenty of coffee and fixings to have a cozy cup while reading. It was a very relaxing stay though only for a night. Would recommend. It's an amazing little cottage. There is a question about the pool? I didn't see one, the spa sounded nice but wasn't open when I arrived so I gave it a 3 star as I couldn't really say.

Thank you for your review. Im not sure what you meant about a pool, where did you read or see a reference about a pool? There is no pool. The spa is my massage and skin care business, it has no connection to the cottage rental. We were closed this saturday so unfortunately you did not get to check that out.
