Nice place, easy checking in and out. Location is awesome; visited Naval yard, Highmark, Niagara, ate out constantly at great local restaurants, and it’s close to the airport. Can’t beat it for the money.

This place was great large rooms and open areas. Our family was visiting with us. Plenty of room for all of us to play games hang out and relax.Enjoy the open space the area around the house was a beautiful farm.The house was very clean and updated.

Great place to stay. Located at the end of a street so it is a very quiet location. Large kitchen with everything you need. Zach was ready to answer any questions and provided us with a great home to stay for a few days. Will plan on staying here in the future anytime we return to the area.

The property is SO cute and perfect for a short weekend trip. It's on a dead end street with its own parking spot and is super close/drivable to many different things.

Great place!

Loved this place!! Great location, comfy couch, nice shower and comfy beds! Had what was needed to cook and then some. Perfect for what we needed. Host was responsive to questions and has great taste in decor!

The issues were the steps to the bedrooms, and the slopes over the beds. The steps were short and steep and caused some of us to trip; the slopes in the slopes in the rooms were not visible because the whole room was whitewashed. There should be a caution sign over the bed to avoid head bumping.

Great Place To Stay

The place is as clean and in a quiet neighborhood about the only noise you heard was train every so often. The beds were both comfortable and clean, the only suggestion I could make is the bathtub was tad slick and definitely needed some grippers or something. Overall it was a great place to stay and we will definitely stay again.

Great location for visiting Lancaster

We enjoyed our 2 nights stay for my 50th Lancaster High School reunion. It is conveniently located, clean, quiet, and met all our needs. While we could negotiate them, for some taking the stairs up to bedrooms on second floor may be a challenge. We will likely rent again when we visit the area again.

This home was a beautifully decorated, open concept, 2 bedroom space. Clean and kitchen had the necessary cups, dishes etc. The yard looked beautiful but we didn't have time to use it. The only difficult we faced was climbing the steep stairs and watching for the roof slopes in the rooms and stairs.But this is probably a regional architecture and adds character. We just tried to be careful. Bathrooms were spacious and had enough towels for 4 people. Iron, washer and dryer were all really available. Zach was very prompt and responsive. The owner had moved the trash cans to the back when we were not home. Thanks for doing that as we did not know the appropriate space outside. Thank you, Zach.

Perfect Weekend Stay

This was the perfect hidden gem! The size and location were perfect; it was on a dead end street so it was very quiet which was great since we had our infant son with us! Communication with the host was awesome. He responded to my messages almost immediately, and went above and beyond to help us get acclimated with the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Lancaster home

This property was perfect for our stay in the Buffalo area. It was 20 minutes from all the places we wanted to visit in the area and within 40 minutes of Niagara Falls. It's in a quiet neighborhood, has Cayuga Creek out the back door, and was very clean. The Bills decor was icing on the cake! Zach was an awesome host and very responsive throughout our stay. I highly recommend him as a host and this property!

Subperb, Once You're In

This is a lovely little house. It has been completely and tastefully renovated. The place was spotless when we arrived. Everything worked as it was supposed to. the beds are comfortable. It was very hot and the AC was on and welcoming. The only downside is the locking mechanism to get into the front door. We were warned by the owner that it was difficult to see the numbers on their coded lock. RIGHT ENOUGH! In the sun the numbers are almost impossible to read. I was on my knees with my face to the lock for well over five minutes trying to see and then use successfully the entrance code. When we returned from the festival at 12:30 am, entry was easy because it was dark. Found entry frustrating after a long hot day. It is in a great location. The big backyard, which we did not use, would have been a wonderful addition to our stay had we stayed longer.
