Travailler ou jouer c'est votre maison

Ceci est un studio privé récemment rénové au-dessus de notre garage. Il a une clé moins entrée privée. Beaucoup de stationnement. Il y a aussi un balcon qui donne sur notre cour qui a un étang! Nous vivons dans la maison d'à côté et il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin ou pour répondre à vos questions! Nous vivons à distance de marche des magasins et des restaurants! Il y a aussi un beau parc à 5 min en voiture! Ce studio est à 20 minutes de New Era Field et à 20 minutes de route de la ville de Buffalo! Niagara Falls (un must see) est d'environ 40 minutes en voiture! Le village d'East Aurora qui est très pittoresque et a beaucoup de bons magasins et une variété d'endroits où manger est situé à 18 minutes! Nous attendons avec impatience votre séjour chez nous !!

We had a wonderful stay! We would definitely stay here again. Easy check-in, the pond was a pretty view in the morning from the balcony :) well supplied, beautiful bathroom!

This is a very unusual house on a beautiful lot. Initially, we were put off by the limited kitchen equipment, but most of our meals were with family and friends, anyway. The efficiency of the layout and the furnishings were excellent for our needs, and its location made visits and activities easily accessible.

Had an amazing experience! We were in town for a Bills game, and to check out Niagara Falls. Both were very easy to get to! The space was clean, homey, and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Katie was incredibly welcoming and very responsive! 10/10 recommend!

Very clean home away from home with all the comforts you would more than receive at a motel. Location was perfect and the host even had many suggestions for restaurants and shopping near by. Beautiful back yard view and balcony to enjoy the scenery and weather. We had our privacy and wouldn’t have known that this is an extension of the hosts home. We would stay there again.

Perfect place for our business trip

The property is as depicted. The hosts are very accommodating. My husband and I had to attend to business in the area and the property was a special place to come back to and relax. Definitely would stay again.

This studio apartment was just like the picture, what was advertised is what it looked like. Hosts had a book they made up of information, restaurants, things to do, stores and more. The host assisted us with our bags and welcomed us. If we needed anything they were available 24/7. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay with them again. If you are coming to the Buffalo area, I recommend staying with them.

Just what we needed

Clean, well maintained and decorated really nice. The outdoor balcony was a wonderful surprise. Some extras one might want to be comfortable like fans, blankets, iron, workout equipment and a comfy bed!

We were in town for a Buffalo Bills game, stayed at this property 3 nights. It was just perfect for the two of us. Perfectly situated between all the stores and resturants you would need and the stadium. Very clean and comfy. We enjoyed the view of the pond, but was too chilly to enjoy from the balcony. Would highly recommend.

We went for the solar eclipse which turned out to be a dud. What wasn't a dud was the property in which we stayed. It was clean, stocked, and well maintained. Communicating with the owner was a breeze. I defiantly would stay there again if I was ever in the area.

Overall very clean and comfortable. The light bulb outside the entrance to the apartment was not working and made it difficult and unsafe to enter.

Good morning! Thank you for your review... The light outside of the Airbnb does work. It's motion sensors and the switch for it is inside the Airbnb by the door. You just need to make sure that switch is on. 😊 I would have been more than happy to have showed you had I known!

Fabulous in every way!

This is our second stay and it couldn’t have gone smoother! We come to Lancaster to visit family and it gets VERY crowded at their house so it is Heaven to have our own space that is clean and spacious. The owners are extremely respectful of our privacy and we didn’t even notice the space was attached to theirs. Using the keypad to come and go and having clear instructions on where to park ahead of time made it possible to freely use the space on our schedule. The temperature was perfect and bedding just right and comfy mattress! Even though there is no stove the kitchen was well equipped and having a few bottled waters for us was super handy. Having a washer and dryer in the BEAUTIFUL bathroom is convenient and having some pods available and extra tissue meant no extra trips to the store which happens to be right across the street and even a Tim Hortons steps away! Thank you for another perfect stay!

Good location to our family reunion

Unit nice overall & large. Couple who own property were very pleasant to interact w. One suggestion we have is to remove the outlet room freshener items. Scent very strong for our liking - we removed during our stay to help minimize the smell. Also, bec of unit location near rather busy road, we recommend that travelers bring some type of noise cancellation device. Our portable fan seemed to do the trick in conjunction w something they provided in the room. Otherwise, the space felt comfortable & well equipped w items. Thank you for your hospitality!
