$245/Amazing 3LV, 4BR TH, 3.5BTH close to Quantico

We have been a Super/Premium host for 6 years straight on VRBO platform. We work extra hard to make all our guests comfortable as we travel on VRBO as well. We will go above and beyond to make your stay a good one. It is unfortunate that this guest wasn't honest and overstretched the truth to request a refund after we had granted her an early check in at 8 AM and a late checkout. She told VRBO that there was a LIVE electrical wire in one of the rooms, so they have to lock it for their safety. But this was a telephone line running on the baseboard to have the hook closer to the bed. I personally went and addressed most of her issues/complaints such giving her as extra towels, kitchen sponge & towels and removing the phone wire. A bulb was removed from a lamp (that was in use) in the Livingroom to replace a non-functioning one on the outside porch. All areas in the house are fully equipped with daylight recess lights, including the Livingroom. She never expressed any dissatisfaction to my efforts or her stay. She stayed the entire one week of her reservation to request a refund, which was denied. It was unfortunate we couldn't make Antonia happy regardless of the effort. We will continue to make the needs of our guests our priority and ensure that all our guests have comfortable stays when they book our VRBO space.
