Ceci est une maison de ville 4BR avec 3 salles de bain complètes Idéalement situé. L'emplacement, les équipements et la décoration intérieure ont tous été sélectionnés avec vous, notre futur invité estimé, à l'avant-garde de notre processus de réflexion. Il y a une bibliothèque si vous choisissez de vous échapper pour lire ou peut-être de vous échapper de votre groupe pour vous détendre. Une cuisine moderne et fonctionnelle peut vraiment vous donner l'impression d'être chez vous loin de chez vous. Il y a de nombreux magasins et restaurants à une très courte distance si vous avez besoin de vous précipiter pour choisir quelques articles. Il y a aussi l'avantage supplémentaire d'être très proche de la I-95, de la base marine de Quantico (11 milles), d'un terrain de banlieue, de vignobles, de sentiers de randonnée et de la ville historique de Fredericksburg. Nous vous invitons à considérer notre propriété pour vraiment expérimenter ce que nous croyons vraiment être une grande valeur.

Cannot say enough good things about this house. Its extremely clean and everything in working order. Kitchen is well stocked, which was helpful as we cooked or barbecued everyday. Location is excellent; convenient to I-95, shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend Robiolina Italian restaurant for a nice meal or Girlfriend’s Taphouse for something casual.

Wonderful Place for Quantico Visits

Really Enjoyed this Townhouse

The townhouse was great. It made a perfect place to come and rest after our day of sightseeing. There is a wonderful playground a few steps away that our kids loved.

Great stay

The home was just as described, it was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans etc. the laundry was really nice to have as well. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to family members visiting this area in the future.

Three generations gathered for a family wedding and this townhouse was perfect for us. Proximity to the bride and groom and church were top priority, but in addition we found a clean townhouse with the basics we needed in the kitchen, 4 double bedrooms, and an extra living room where the 6 year olds’ blow up mattresses fit nicely. The kids had space for their art projects while adults gathered for hours of coffee and conversation between wedding events. Thanks so much!

Arlington National Cemetery

This was a great find for our family for a short term (1 week) stay. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Restaurants, shopping centers, community public pool, and close to I-95 (.03 mile ). Kofi and Josephine were great hosts and communicated promptly on any questions or concerns during our stay. Very pleasant and satisfying stay for the whole family.

So Accommodating!

I have used VRBO many times, this has to be in the top 3 for me. The host was so incredibly accommodating and communication was exceptional. The property had everything we needed and was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property!

Everything with this property was perfect. It was in a great location, in close proximity to shopping and food options. The check-in/check-out was easy and straightforward. The property was also well-stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, towels, and drinks. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay

Were were in the area for our son’s graduation from OCS. The property is very conveniently located to Quantico. The home was very clean and spacious. It allowed for good family visiting. Definitely met our expectations and the property description was accurate. We would definitely look at this home the next time we are in the area.

Great townhouse

We had a fabulous trip enjoying our Marine Officer graduate. This townhouse was minutes from base and offered everything necessary. The beds were super comfy and the hosts were nice enough to check in and make sure everything was perfect.. thank you!

Such a comfortable stay

My family and I stayed here while we were waiting on our home to close and we were so comfortable! They home has everything you could possibly need and more, the host was very kind, responsive and accommodating of all my requests. The home was very clean, there are plenty of towels, toilet paper, really everything was there for us which is typically not the case we were very grateful to have such a pleasant experience
