This everything new apartment. New stainless steel appliances, High speed Wifi and 43” Roku TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.

Full size kitchen with all basic utensils, Toaster, Coffee Machine and Ice maker.
Comfortable queen-size bed, a Walk in Shower, Washer/Dryer center inside unit.
All essential are included such as hand soap, Body wash and Shampoo, clean and fresh Linens and towels.
Unit is professionally cleaned for each guest.

You will have access to the entire apartment and we respect your privacy during your stay.

You are responsible for the replacement fee for any broken or spoilt item.

Nice little place in Tampa Heights

It was perfect for attending a conference at the Convention Center and bumming around Tampa Bay for a few days. Proximity to Armature Works and River Walk are definite plusses. Host is friendly and very responsive. Overall a great stay!

Clean and cozy in Tampa

Great place and enjoyed being within walking distance to Armature Works. Clean and cozy. Great for a weekend getaway or long stay while visiting Tampa.

A very simple, easy spot, just outside downtown. 10 minute Lime Scooter ride to down town made getting around easy.

This place was very clean and nice. Just a lot smaller than I thought it was going to be. Great for no more than two people though.

Nice place for 2 people

Was just what we were looking for, a simple space close to lots of fun things to do for a quick two night visit during the week (Tue-Thu)! Neighborhood is nice (neat/unique houses, friendly neighbors, felt safe), and we didn't have any issues with noise like we noticed others posting about nearby properties in the area. Hosts were super helpful and responsive. It was quiet, we spent a good chunk of time down the street at Armature Works, my wife took a run around the neighborhood one morning, and we did the Cross Bay Ferry to St. Pete (which was awesome!).

Great little place close to all things Tampa

I popped in pretty last minute and reservation was easy & host was quick to respond. I had my pup with me and I love that I was able to have him here. The place was clean, with coffee AND creamer and sugar! It's so annoying when a place has coffee and no conidments for the coffee, so I was grateful for that. Perfect for a quick stop through. Central to all the fun dining and drinking.
