Cabin has custom woodwork throughout and is set on a private 140-acre ranch with miles of woodsy trails to hike. Enjoy the outdoors at night as the fireflies light up the yard around your own private pond. Boat ramp and marina is 1 mile. Ride out on your Side by Sides to Royal Blue. If you like to boat, fish, hike, bike, or 4 wheel it - you'll love Norris Lake Haven Farm. There is also a firepit and corn toss.

Girl’s Weekend

What a beautiful/peaceful place to stay….very spacious. Pictures really don’t do it justice! Me and 6 of my girlfriends had a Girl’s Weekend Getaway…..we had an amazing time. The lake was beautiful, the weather was beautiful…..we will definitely come back again!

The property is in a beautiful location. Plenty of parking for our trucks and atv’s. House was nice and clean. We had a great time and the property manager was very accommodating and answered any questions I had promptly.

Nice House Away From The Hustle And Bustle

This is a good location if your looking for a place in East Central Tennessee. Norris Lake is just down the road with a large public ramp and plenty of shoreline to fish. There are also numerous areas where you can park and hike the different sections of the Cumberland trail nearby. Word of advice: download the ALL TRAILS app. Trails are not labeled very well sometimes. You are 40 min. from Knoxville and 1 hr. 10 min. from Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Lafollette and other surrounding towns have all the necessities and dining options that you could want. While it is very quiet and peaceful, this is not a 100% private property. There will be a few vehicles that travel in and out of the access road throughout the day/evening. For a small family that just wants to get away for the week and do a few day trips, this is a good property.

I love the outdoors, I prefer Life to be Happy and Positive. Love the energy that the forest and my horses bring. My favorite place on the ranch is hiking down to the lake. Favorite food: Coffee Ice Cream. Favorite sport: Horseback riding. Love Waterfalls too and when traveling seek out waterfall hikes.

Norris Lake Haven Farm was born to offer the vacationer an unforgettable getaway in the mountains and on the water. We have it all if you love the outdoors too, rest, recharge, relax or get out as often as you would like and boat, hike, bike, or side by side.
When searching for the right property I had many criteria including 100+ acres on a boatable lake, 4 seasons to offer a variety of family fun activities, surrounded by forest to offer hiking, camping, and horseback riding (yes you can bring horses), and pastures for the horses grazing. We have a "Give Back Mentality" and donate the ranch to non-profits each year. We also can host family gatherings, weddings, and retreats too.

Private ranch with 140 acres and an additional 260 acres that surrounds the ranch for you to enjoy. The views from the property of the lake and the mountains are breathtaking. The sunsets are terrific and you won't want to miss one. If you want to bring a boat, side x sides, bikes, hiking gear, or your horses you can (horse stalls and or pasture stays - separate fee).
