Wonderful stay! Even though it rained both days we were warm and dry. The place was as advertised and had the weather been better we probably would have explored the property more. Perfect secluded spot. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time spending Thanksgiving with family here. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and were very accommodating. The couches and bed were comfortable, and the kitchen was just big enough to prepare the turkey. The views from the home were amazing and the sunrises were picture perfect. We even saw several deer on the property. Highly recommend for small family get togethers or for a romantic getaway.

The hosts were absolutely amazing and very helpful with anything. The view is amazing. The cleanliness is amazing. The drive was cool to get there. Due to it being an actual cattle farm, animals are around and fun to watch but they never get close enough to be a bother or concern. I am very appreciative of everything they had and did.

Our stay was indeed pure bliss! Everything about our stay was incredible. This was the first tiny home weve stayed in, and it was perfect! When we accidentally locked ourselves out, the host was quick to respond and help us get back in! With any questions i asked, Natalie responded quickly and was more than helpful. Weekend Getaway Charm

My husband and I booked this cute tiny house because we were attending a wedding nearby. We decided to make a long weekend out of it. We picked the location because it was close to the venue and because it was private. We enjoyed the morning sunrises with coffee and the quiet. The moon rises with a drink was a great way to end the days. We didn’t realize how far restaurants and grocery stores were, and decided we would definitely bring groceries if we had to do it all over so we could cook for ourselves. There isn’t any wifi, but we used our phones hotspot and streamed some tv shows. Overall, I would recommend it for a great short stay just to get away and reconnect.

Double Booked

Secured and paid up front for our stay 4 months in advance. Arrived on check in day near 6pm to find the listing occupied. Host responded about a hour later. Was apologetic, offered to assist with alternative arrangements, offered no charge future stay, and refunded full stay billing. Can't say where the fault occurred but find incredulous that VRBO somehow allowed a double book. Don't trust VRBO and communicate with host a week in advanced. Perhaps will prevent the disappointment we experienced?

À propos de l’hôte

Hôte : Natalie King

Image de profil de l’hôte
Riverview Ranch found its home with the King Family in 2019, born from a shared love of nature and a longing to escape the rush of city life. What started as a weekend retreat for two families—simply a place to breathe, unwind, and reconnect—quickly became something far more meaningful: a sanctuary where hearts could slow down, families could grow closer, and the beauty of the natural world could be fully embraced.

Over time, that quiet escape sparked a dream—to make the ranch our permanent home. With determination, hard work, and countless blessings along the way, that dream became reality.

The story of this land stretches far beyond our own. Its roots reach back to Native American heritage, it once ran wild as a horse farm, and for many years it thrived as a cattle ranch—a legacy we are proud to continue through our partnership with a local cattle farmer.

At Riverview Ranch, we honor the generations of farmers who came before us. Every acre, every animal, and every pasture carries a story of dedication, respect, and stewardship. Through our partnership with local farmers, we ensure the land and its animals are cared for naturally, sustainably, and humanely—while sharing the peace and beauty of this special place with all who visit.

Riverview Ranch is more than a home—it’s a living story, a place to reconnect with family, friends, nature, and yourself. And we are grateful to share it with you!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Riverview Ranch is a serene escape nestled on almost 300 acres along the banks of the Hiwassee River, just outside Chattanooga, surrounded by the rolling hills of East Tennessee. Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Guests can choose from two fully appointed, private luxury tiny homes overlooking the Hiwassee River. Each thoughtfully designed home blends comfort and tranquility, offering an immersive experience in the peaceful rhythm of nature.

Whether you’re exchanging vows beneath the Tennessee sky, hosting a private celebration, or simply seeking rest and renewal, Riverview Ranch is dedicated to ensuring every guest experiences the true essence of peace, connection, and relaxation.
