Newly updated 3 bed/3bath contemporary upside-down home in the quiet beach community of Culloden shores, just steps away from private bay beach.

High ceilings, tons of natural light and open concept living just steps to the beach! Start each morning with your perfect cup of coffee on the oversized deck with partial water views. Full chef's kitchen with double convection ovens, Thermador gas cooktop and brand new gas grill. Indoor dining table for 8 as well as large outdoor teak table. Spacious living area with sectional and 65" television as well as a sitting area with vintage rattan chairs. Large primary suite with updated bathroom, double vanity, rain shower and large walk in closet. 2 other bedrooms with closets share the second full bath. Laundry on main floor.

Upper deck has a grill, teak dining table and sitting area. Lower deck has a large outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. After dinner, grab a blanket and a bottle of wine and walk to the private beach to see the best sunsets in Montauk. When you return, get cozy and roast some marshmallows around the fire pit.

Perfect location and home for a family rental. House was clean and had all of the equipment needed for a great beach trip with kids of all ages. Would definitely recommend!

Best Girls Weekend

Brianna's property is the cutest! The location was perfect, the house was equipped with everything we needed and it was just the coziest spot. My friends and I would highly recommend the neighborhood and home. The private beach access was stunning!

Brianna was super helpful and accommodating! This is a great location with a short walk to the beach and a short ride to town. The inside of the home was designed so nicely and it was an amazing stay! It really had everything you could want.

Relaxing Girls Weekend

Great stay!

This house was amazing! Was even better than what the listing shows… plenty of space and tons of amenities. Unfortunately, our weather wasn’t great but I could only imagine how great it would be with nice weather! We had a great time and would definitely recommend staying there.

Perfect weekend getaway

The Gull house is a wonderful place. Clean, bright and well appointed, everything you might need. Close to the marina for fishing and some restaurants for after fishing. There is a short walk to the beach and/or the nature preserve. The owner is very responsive and helpful. This is our second stay and we hope to be back.

Beautiful stay in Montauk

This was the best house and location ever! It was perfect. And we have stayed in dozens of places in Montauk. We highly recommend this home and owner! Weekend in Montauk

We had an excellent stay on Gull Rd. in Montauk. We were in town for a family wedding at a venue very nearby. The property was very nice and well cared for, we were especially impressed with Brianna's up to minute communication regarding some updates to the backyard.

Perfect Beach House

This home was everything we could have asked for and more! Extremely clean, bright and comfortable, we enjoyed every minute of our stay, even the one rainy day. The neighborhood is great for walking and the beach is the perfect spot to start the day with a cup of coffee and watch the sunset in the evening. Don't hesitate to book-you won't regret it!

Amazing week in Montauk!

My family and I absolutely loved our week long stay on Gull road. The house is exactly as pictured (or even better in person!) and location is ideal - less than 5 minute walk to the private beach and quick drive to a ton of restaurants & shops. The house had everything we needed and Brianna kindly provided some baby items for our daughter which made packing for the week a bit easier. Would 100% recommend and would book again in the future!

Beautiful home in a great location

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated and meticulously clean beach house. The kitchen is well stocked for family dinners. We enjoyed the fire pit outside every night and loved the open floor plan to play games with family. The furniture is well placed and the owners thought of every detail to enjoy your stay. The beach is right down the road! Perfect

Simply AMAZING!

My group of 6 girls stayed at Brianna’s house and it is safe to say we were all BLOWN AWAY! The house itself is stunning- everything looks brand new, the way it was decorated was absolutely perfect, amazing appliances, the master bedroom is just breathtaking and so comfy. The pictures don’t even do this place justice! The location was easily accessible to every where we wanted to go, with Ubers available within a couple minutes! We had the most perfect weekend trip and would definitely stay here again

Wedding Base Bliss

Our group of six friends stayed at Culloden Shores to attend a series of wedding festivities. It was a FANTASTIC base of operations. The house itself is spacious and beautifully furnished. The three bathrooms (plus the outdoor shower) gave us multiple options to get ready for our events. And the proximity to the beach showed us why so many people fall in love with Montauk. Host Brianna was also a joy to work with. Thank you, Brianna, for sharing your beautiful piece of paradise. We hope to return soon!

Great Little Getaway

My friends and I decided to rent this house for a weekend getaway girls trip. It was perfect for what we needed! It was clean upon arrival with easy instructions to check in. We unfortunately didn’t have great weather but the outdoor space and private beach were a great plus and would have def taken more advantage of if it wasn’t rainy. The house was a short drive from town and restaurants we wanted to go to. Brianna was a great host, made sure we had everything we needed upon arrival and clear instructions for everything. She also followed up to make sure we had a great stay, was super sweet, and loved seeing some of our pics from our trip. My friends and I are all saying how we would love to come back already and make sure we stay longer next time. Beautiful home and a fun getaway!
