Situated on a large lot in Town, this gorgeous, newly renovated two structure summer house with guest cottage in the heart of Nantucket provides an idyllic private retreat for family and friends, while offering walking-distance access to all of Nantucket’s best loved attractions and private parking/driveway.

-Walk to Francis Street Beach in less than 10 mins, great for kids or a quick dip in calm waters
-Take a stroll through the quaint streets that lead to Main Street shops and restaurants (12 mins to the top of Main)
-Drive or bike 2 miles to Surfside Beach (and rinse off in the outdoor shower when you get home!)
-Take a short 10 minute walk to Downyflake for a morning donut (or several) and coffee

This is truly a special family place.

The Main House sleeps 8 with its 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with a queen bed) and 2 bathrooms (the king bedroom has the en suite bath). The second floor is home to 2 additional bedrooms (each with 2 XL twin beds).

With a welcoming and bright living room and a cozy den, as well as an elegant dining room and updated, open kitchen, there is plenty of space to entertain and lounge.

The king bedroom on the ground floor has an en-suite bathroom, with a shower/tub combination.

The queen bedroom on the ground floor shares the bathroom with a walk-in shower with the two upstairs twin bedrooms. It has a smart TV if you want to catch a flick away from the rest of the gang on vacation.

Each of the charming upstairs bedrooms has 2 XL twin beds, making them perfect for a fun weekend away with friends or for children. They are accessed from the stairwell off the kitchen.

The Main House boasts an expansive floor plan flooded with light. The formal living room was made for cocktails and entertaining.

The dining room comfortably seats 12 and features a hand-painted maritime mural, which is both amusing for kids and also makes for an elegant space for entertaining.

The open kitchen is well-appointed, with an island and 4 bar stools for everyone to gather around. If you like to cook on vacation, you will feel very at home here! The kitchen is stocked with every possible convenience and utensils! Use the pot filler by the stove to easily get those lobsters boiled or use the grill outside after picking up the famous jalapeño cheese burgers from nearby Nantucket Meat & Fish!

If you need a cup of coffee before venturing out of the house in the morning, choose from the French press, the Mr. Coffee Drip coffee or the Nespresso VertuoLine, and use the Breville milk frother for your lattes (yeah, we like coffee too!).

The den is were you will find a cozy spot to enjoy your morning coffee, unwind after a day at the beach or cozy up to watch a movie. With a mounted 55" TV and a working fireplace, it is an amazing space for all seasons.

The outdoor deck and the delightful yard can be accessed through the den or the kitchen. The outdoor dining table on the bluestone patio is perfect for daytime lunches and sports a grill made for your BBQs! If you want to host dinner parties, the glow of twinkling string lights adds the special touch. The deck is also home to the outdoor shower, perfect for a quick rinse-off when you come back from your day at the beach!

Across the yard is the charming Guest Cottage, which houses 1 king bedroom and a Captain's room with a Twin XL bed. The cottage is outfitted with a bathroom with a walk-in shower and comes complete with a wet bar/tiny kitchen (sink, mini fridge, toaster oven, mini Nespresso and hot water kettle). This lovely retreat from the Main House is perfect for those desiring privacy for the main house (the Captain's room can also be used as a baby's bedroom with a pack and play). Make your morning coffee in private and retire at night from the Main House for a glass of wine and time to catch up on your TV shows on the cozy couch.

The seashell driveway can fit two smaller cars or one large car.

The beach shed houses all the necessities: beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys and two bikes.


Guests have access to the entire Main House, the Guest Cottage, the deck and yard, and driveway - all private and fenced in. The house and cottage come complete with everything you need and the bathrooms are all stocked with Kiehls products.
