4 Bedroom and 2 bathroom updated home on an elevated corner lot in a desirable neighborhood. The living room looks out over two large decks with views of Lake Washington. The chef's kitchen and open floor plan make this a great place for a holiday.

Living Room: The upstairs space has a living room complete with a fireplace, and a 55" TV. This is a great place to curl up and read a book on rainy days. From the couch you can see the view to the lake.

Kitchen: Bertazzoni gas range, granite countertops, new high-end appliances, and all of the accessories you could possibly need. Spices are readily available as well as cookware, wine glasses and more.

Basement Living Area:
Desk and open area, laundry room. Monitor and work chair available upon request. Laundry Room.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom #1: Main Floor with King Bed and closets looking out to the garden
Bedroom #2: Main Floor with Queen Bed with Office & Monitor with view of the lake
Bedroom #3: Basement Queen Bed, Wardrobe and Windows
Bedroom #4: Queen Bed, Closet, and a window.

Bathrooms:
Upstairs: Toilet with Bidet Washlet, sink, tub with dual shower heads including a rain shower head
Downstairs: Walk-in Shower with dual shower heads, toilet and sink.

Outside: Two large decks overlooking Lake Washington, great for summer dining and lounging. The upper deck has a lounge set and fire table, great for watching the sunrise and sunset. The lower deck has a dining table under a wisteria trellis and a gas BBQ.
Level 2 Electric Vehicle charger available for use.
The backyard has a large table, and is fully fenced in. It makes for a great place to play with kids or let the dogs run free.

What a lovely neighborhood - we loved it here. Beds were so comfy and the kitchen (though we didn’t cook) was totally amazing! I’d love to stay at Dea’s again! Perfect!

We stayed in this beautiful, light-filled home for nearly two months. I recommend it very highly. The front patio is extraordinary (views, fire pit, grill), and the kitchen is fantastic as well. Finally, the owner was wonderful - responsive and flexible.

This was a great place for my partner and I to stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed and the location was perfect. Comfortable beds and a beautiful view!! Highly recommend.

Cozy home in a great location

My wife and I strayed here for a little over a month while our home was being renovated and it was a great home away from home. The location is excellent, with walkable access to parks and the lake. The front deck is beautiful and a great place to enjoy a view of the lake, while the backyard was perfect for our dogs.

This was a fantastic place to stay. The neighborhood was quiet. The house had a beautiful deck and the house was everything we needed for our trip. Good communication with the owner. Highly recommend.

This stay made our trip amazing! We were here to enjoy Seafair 2026 with our children that live on San Juan Island, WA. We live in Florida and being able to come in and have everything that we needed was so helpful. Dea was so responsive, even before we arrived. We arrived on an early flight and although the home was not available for an early checkin, she allowed us to stop by to leave our luggage and rest for a while before we went to have lunch and tour the neighborhood. She suggested a great restaurant within walking distance for brunch. The location was great for viewing and walking to the festival and just to relax by Lake Washington. EVERYTHING that we needed was provided. Everything was of good quality. My daughter came in and immediately said this home was made with love. I especially loved the fact that we could leave leftover perishables so that we didn't have to throw them out. We loved the heated toilet seat with bidet! Even had seasonings to cook with. We were able to wash our clothes before we left also. We are already planning our next trip back.

Magical stay in Seward Park

We had a wonderful time staying at this ever so lovely home - with chef’s kitchen and air-conditioning! It was heavenly to breakfast outside under the vine-covered gazebo. A corner location with full water views. Quiet neighborhood - walking distance to cafe and to pizza place and even to Seeard Park playground and beaches along the way. The host was marvelous and responsive. So nice!!

Superb location hideout

House is in a respectable neighborhood. Street parking seemed safe....very little traffic. Everything about the house worked fine: entryway motion lighting, door lock, interior lighting, kitchen appliances, forced air furnace, window covers, plumbing, comfortable bed you name it. Nice to have a place where everything is in order.

Lake view

Although the property is a little bit tired, kitchen cabinets loose, etc, we felt comfortable and enjoyed the view of the lake from the patio. Electronics were good, we wouldn’t say kitchen is gourmet—dull knives, difficult to use stove and microwave, but we managed to eat lots of nice meals while there. Beds were comfortable, good pillows…better than average amenities.

I understand your issues with the cabinets, I have recently noticed several not closing as expected and have a handyman coming out to replace any necessary hardware. I have also just upgraded our knives, as we pride ourselves on ensuring that we stock everything you need to make a nice meal. I am sorry the range was difficult, it is a fancy Bertazzoni gas range that I originally bought thinking I would be the only one to use it. I'll ensure to provide more detailed instructions on how to use it for future guests. I am glad you were comfortable overall and you enjoyed your stay.

Nice home in a great location. Enjoyed our stay.

Loved being close to Seward Park area and the lake. Home very comfortable. Gardens all around the home. I would like to see the controller to the main tv upgraded as difficult to operate the main tv. Would certainly go back if in the area.
